To put it clearly ABC liquors sets the standards and it's one of excellence.
I've been to several locations and this retailer is clearly and decisively in the direction of innovation.
Pricing, selection and customer service are all good. I'm at four stars for minor issues I've encountered. -1.
It's gets busy, long lines especially on Friday. Beating the lines down could be better.
Sometimes they have displays and tasting sessions with the various vendors in this large liquor field. It's a but on the cluttery side. If it's unclear, this isn't good. Especially if it's busy.
The cheese section used to be good now it's lousy ? most of its markdowns anyways.
Also, be attentive about the discount items I've been charged full price when it's been marked down. Staff are helpful in correction. ?

I have to leave a comment on my experiences with the alphabet. ABC has always provided me with great cust svc. If I could leave a tip, I would, but I'm sure this comment is worth more valuable. I always find what I'm looking for. If I don't, there's plenty to choose from & I still leave as a satisfied customer.
Why, because of the great cust svc workers they have. My favorite is Lizzy. She's always smiling, friendly, professional, courteous, helpful, etc.. If she's not the store manager, she should be, because she has what it takes to manage & lead others. She touches the heart of every cust that enters with a warm, friendly greeting. She pays attention to everything & everyone while still maintaining her professionalism & her duties. The other workers are great as well, always friendly and helpful.
Northside is the best location due to their customer svc because that's what keeps bringing customers back.

I did an inquiry for wholesale prices for my favorite spirit 1738. Per bottle price is lower at ABC. That's not wholesale if retail is lower??
