This is a review of my experience and subsequent opinion with/and of the business Aaron's Car Care:
Summary – downhill customer service and dishonesty! A shame.
Apparently, downhill customer service since Aaron has retired. A while back I called asking for some information from Aaron. I was told that they would have him call me back (I was not told he was retired at that point). I never heard back (to me - this is the 1st indication of possible dishonesty (you said you would have him call me back and didn't - you didn't keep your word)). I followed-up and left a VM - still never heard back (seems like continued bad customer service to me).
More recently, I call asking for a quote on work. Maddy answers the phone with less than professionalism and a tone that, to me, sounds like she is miserable to work at Aarons. She takes my info and says she will call me back in 10 minutes. She never does (2nd sign of dishonesty, in my view). Now why do I call it dishonesty? Maybe they keep forgetting? No. When I called back again (hours later, after not hearing back from her, once again) and asked what was going on, she rudely and, seemingly with contempt for customers, tells me that the people at the door are their priority and they don't normally call people back with quotes (then why tell me all these times that you would?).
Well, there you have it - they (by actions, history, and inference of their own words) seem, to me, to admit that they don't keep their word. Dishonesty/not keeping your word is something I would ever want from a mechanic.
Aaron's was always expensive, but was worth it because HE was honest and cared about his customers (I have great memories of Aaron, himself).
I cannot say that appears to be the case anymore at Aaron's Car Care now. I can't imagine ever doing business with them again. Truly, a shame.

I've brought my truck there for years, thousands of dollars spent. Recently it sat for 2 weeks. I called numerous times and always got the same response "we'll call by the end of the day." No calls. Today I towed back to my house.(it's been 2 weeks with no call!) Popped up the hood and my carburetor I completely dismantled. I'm not a mechanic but was able to put it back together in a few minutes, that tells me you never even looked at it, you guys just got mad I took my business elsewhere and treated me like dirt. I wish I could post the pictures. Oh and my battery is somehow dead?♂️

I actively recommend Aaron's Car Care every chance I get. I have been a happy customer for years. I'd say I've gone from being a customer who enjoyed the friendly service to being a friend who knows someone in the auto care business. Best mechanic service I've ever had. UPDATE April 2024: Still love Aaron's - I recommend them enthusiastically.
I'll add to this that one thing I particularly value is that I get advice on whether work needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. Aaron and the team provide me good information to make decisions that keep the car safe and protect our budget.
