Absolutely the best Triple A experience I've ever had, they got to us in a matter of 15 minutes, they changed the tire quick and efficiently... Plus they were extremely funny. Thank you for the great experience.

At 945 I got a text message that said my driver would be here for a tire change at 10:10pm at 1100pm I called because my driver wasn’t here they said the driver would be here at 1130 it is now 1140 and the driver called and said it would be 1150 to 12am before he gets here. I am beyond pissed. For the absolute best tow company in the world this is garbage service. 2012 ford focus sel grey in color.

Called for tow (motorcycle). Took about 5 hrs. If that's what I pay for it's not particularly worth it. I understand phone service was interrupted, but you need more than 3 certified motorcycle tow drivers.

Had a mini panic attack today when my car didn’t start. Tech Rockie in the Jax area stopped in and seriously saved the day. Just a cool guy with a good attitude and willingness to help out. Get this guy a raise for just being a top notch human being.

I read mixed reviews for the AAA, but recently I just went to this location since its super close where I work. i have to get my passport photo done and since we are AAA members we get it for FREE! To be honest this was my first time being inside the AAA and it was very interesting inside. They have a receptionist and I was greeted when I entered their office. She was very friendly and helpful. She asked me for my AAA which I have but I think she can still look you up without your card but I guess it will just be easier. I told her I needed to get a photo for my passport, she then asked me to follow her and on the corner she took my picture with their professional camera. After that I waited for maybe 5 minutes and I got my photo! It was such a delightful experience.The inside was huge and very clean. they have a lot of brochure for traveling and they actually have a pretty competitive rates for their savings and other products which I didn't know they even offer.

SEVERELY DELAYED TOW! Not the first time either. I waited 7 hrs last time. I've been with AAA since 1997. I will likely cancel my membership. This is not the company they were just a few years ago. You'd do better by opening a tow fund account for emergencies. 19 hrs later and still waiting on a tow. Please spread the word and read up on other negative reviews. One after the other of unacceptably long wait times. Look for other services. Please add a like to this comment if the same has happened to you or you found this helpful. Called for tow service at 3pm, by 7:30pm was told by a robotic voice that it would be another 77 minutes. There were many calls in between, was constantly told tow driver would call me back, never received a call. The business I was parked in front of was nice enough to let me leave the car overnight. This is totally unacceptable service. They also automatically debited my account in September when it was not due until October, and I never authorized them to take funds out of my checking account. Every time I would call they would say do you want to cancel? It's almost like they want you to cancel the tow call.

This is a terrible AAA . I waited over 2 hours for a tow and nobody ever showed up. I received no notifications about delay or were my ride was absolutely terrible service

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Had an appointment to pick up my truck between 2:30-4:30pm. No show, called at 5. Person stated they were just a little bit behind. So we waited another hour. 6pm we call again, and they say they are on the way. 7pm and we call again, they said they won’t be here til 8:20pm. Then 7:30pm comes around and they won’t be able to get the truck til the next day. Bravo to running a business with no integrity, communication and no accountability.

My experience with Triple AAA was a solid one. They were a couple hours delayed which is only reason for the 4 stars. Thankfully I was not in a hurry, but the driver Anthony was Professional and courteous. Towed my car with no problems to the Shop. Would use again
