I had other propane service companies in the past. They were all sheisters and cons and continued to charge me for months after my rental tank was picked up.This group, from TJ and George (front line seeing us in the field) along with Jessica, Paige and Misti, are topnotch individuals who have never, ever, lied to me, treated me badly on the phone, nor have they overcharged me or ‘double-charged’ my credit card.Hands down for me and the people I know who also use them, the best money for quality, prompt and reliable Team thus far. I have been loyal to them for 4 years now and them towards me in that context.

BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!My wife and I as well as my mother in-law have been loyal customers for YEARS and they are always soooo RUDE on the phone. My wife called and spoke to a girl who claims she's been there for 3 years, she was very rude and when my wife said we would look elsewhere to get our gas she said "good luck" like they are the only company out there. We have recommended hundreds of customers to use them over the years and this how you treat people, I can tell you that we will NEVER recommend AA gas again!!! I don't know what happened to the customer service there but you won't EVER have to worry about us using your company again or EVER recommending you again!!!

We have used AA bottle gas for about 2 years. They have taken great care of us. We were in desperate need of gas on Christmas and they took care of us. Try them if you need gas, they are great!

The worst Propane co. in NE Florida! They installed our Propane regulator in the flood zone. So during Nicole it was covered with water from the marsh. Hence our generator would not operate. We called them every week since November.. All we get is that when they have an opening they will come out to "look"! We called First Coast Gas, and they arrived the same day.

I recently took my trailer to be piped for gas, Kevin was excellent detailing what I needed but whoever is responsible for estimates have completely let me down. To wait 3 days on an estimate for what Kevin said would be an easy job is beyond me. My enthusiasm has definitely been curbed!?

It hurts to write this negative review because AA has serviced my home for several years without a problem. My story: an outside gas line developed a leak. It drained my tank. I called for a refill. The tank was deemed to old/rusted to fill by AA. The truck driver (nice guy) said I need a new tank and left. I have no problem with AA being safe and not filling a bad tank. He requested a repair with the main office and said he would return with a new tank. Waited a week. I called and asked why they had not returned. Office manager not available and no one had an answer. I was promised a call back and was to be placed on repair schedule. A week later no repair and no call. I called and was assured I would get a call back. Another 3 days and no repair and no call. I called again only to get reprimanded by the person on the phone that I could not provide her with the name of who I spoke with 1st two calls. By the way, neither gave me their name. At this point I asked that they not return to my home. So, I continue to run to the tank and turn it on when I need a shower and turn it off when done so that I can eke out the last bit of gas till I get another company to come out and help me.

Called last week telling the office I needed gas I was down around 30% trying to save some money by going ahead with it. Found out that I was actually at 48%. Cost me just as much as if I would have let it get below 20%. It seems like I would have been informed to wait.

I am a newer customer and have received 3 fills. I am now told on scheduling the 4th fill that since I cannot take 65 gallons my price jumps from 3.42 to 5.16. Only my first fill was over 60 gallons since it was an empty tank. The 2nd and 3rd fills were less than 65 gallons but the price was 3.42. I was told it shouldn't have been since it is against company policy. Since my heater cannot run at pressures under the 30% mark I will never be able to get 65 gallons. When I said to keep the appointment but I would have to shop around I was told "good luck". Ouch. It would be cheaper to vent 10% of the tank to atmosphere to get your 3.42 per gallon rate than to pay 5.16. By comparison TSC is charging 3.79 per gallon so.... that's a hefty hidden delivery fee.

Only my first fill was over 60 gallons since it was an empty tank. The 2nd and 3rd fills were less than 65 gallons but the price was 3.42. I was told it shouldn't have been since it is against company policy. So I guess don't call these folks if you have 120 or less gallon tank. By comparison another competitor is charging 3.79 per gallon so.... that's a hefty hidden delivery fee from the company with "no fees".Response from Owner on Google:Response from the owner19 hours ago:"You need a bigger tank if your heater cuts off at 30%. 1 star really. How do you imagine us paying for trucks and drivers if we don't deliver enough gallons to make any profit. We do appreciate your business but we're a for profit company."I know for certain you don't pay for trucks and drivers by losing customers and judging by the other reviews in Google, I am not the only one. Appreciation of a customer's business is not shown with condescending language. I Imagine this is also reflected in how your Drivers are interacted with. Right now in this economical climate, you need those drivers far more than they need you and after a quick check on Glassdoor.com, you aren't paying them much anyways. If any AA Bottle Gas Drivers are reading this and would like a path to more gainful employment with your CDL-B or a learning and employment path with a CDL-A you have many more options in Jacksonville than AA. UPS, Saia, Yellow, ODFL, AAA Cooper and SEFL are hiring right now, all above your pay and with overtime and full benefits. Don't keep yourself attached to one person's poor business plan.
