Super great job! I called at 7am about my garage door that wouldn’t go up. Repairman was at my door around 10am and we were all done before 11am. Door is now wonderful and I highly recommend A1A repair service!

The first door tune up ended with a less than desirable result. I called 3 months later due to the increasing sound and door action. The first tech bent the door track with a hammer and didn't have the proper tool to hammer it back into shape. A young man came out at the appointed time, used his tool, talked with me regarding the balance of the door and what may happen in the future.
He fixed the door to my satisfaction and didn't charge us again for another service trip and the repair to the repair!
We are satisfied that they stood by their work and rectified the situation amicably.

BEWARE THEIR WARRANTY POLICY!!!!! At first I was extremely pleased with this company. May 25, 2024 they replaced the garage door motor. Great job, fast install, polite guy. July 2024 they came back and replaced the springs. No big deal. They were original springs. Also, fast service and professional, same installer. August 22, 2024 the belt they just installed 3 months ago breaks. They warranty the parts for up to a year, but labor is only warrantied for 30 days. So they’re betting on their install to last at least 30 days just so they can get more $$ out of you. So I still have to pay someone to come out and do the repair on an item that’s only 90 days old. Why am I on the hook to pay for a repair on a warrantied part? That’s their policy. I wish I would have gone with a different company that warranties their parts and labor. Will never do business with them again. And I wouldn’t do business with them now except the part is covered under warranty.

We have used A1A Overhead over the past 10 years and have always been so please with their service. It so nice to have an actual person answer the phone instead of a computer! We haven't needed them often, but each time we do we have received the same great service.

As I was leaving for work yesterday morning I hit the button and garage door started to close and broke. A1A was able to come out same day and get us all fixed up. Big thank you to them and I highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs.

The technician arrived on time after calling to say he was on his way (which I really appreciated). He replaced the broken cable and its bracket, and then replaced the other cable just to be safe. He made sure our garage door operated well after he fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and competent but also friendly.

A1A was able to get someone out first thing in the morning. Najee was courteous and worked steadily till the repair was completed. He was able to explain the issue and suggested a way to save us some expense while still addressing the problem. Very satisfied.

The tech's honesty and quick work was a breath of fresh air from other companies that dont seem to truly care about the job or the customer. Was impressed from the time I called at 9am to the time of the door being repaired by noon. Nolle was first class and established rapport and not pushy at all.
