Unprofessional .. they give you one price and then charge you another… they don’t remove vehicles properly… they have a whole month to do it and they don’t. They blame it on their system and it’s understandable things happen at times but when they have a whole month to fix things it’s unacceptable

I've known the workers many years and have had all types of insurance from home to car,to business insurance. Ie recieved nothing short of stellar service from the friendly,courteous staff.there knowledge finally goes of insurance,and great service that's unparalleled to none.id refer them to anyone looking for quality and courteous,sincere service.

their pricing is fair unfortunately no one ever answers the phone they do not have a website where you can pay online they don't have an automated phone service that you can pay over the phone so unless you reach a human being you cannot pay your bill and I've been trying for three days. If I get popped with the late fee because they are not up to date honor technology and are understaffed be able to answer the phone which by the way they have no voicemail then I'm switching companies and they will be not receiving my payments
