Terrible place to sell items. Very rude staff. Acted like my friend was nothing short of an inconvenience for asking to speak to a manager. May or may not buy your items depending on who is working. Management seems to make up their own rules on the spot depending on if they want to work or not. The manager with the curly dyke-ish haircut was very rude and unprofessional.

I showed up on Labor Day to trade in a bunch of CDs and Video Games. The manager was very difficult to work with and wouldn’t let me drop off more than two totes worth of items. She even turned away other customers who had items to trade in for the same reason. As a store that specializes in buying and selling used goods, you would think they would welcome trade ins. Now I am out an hour of my time just because the manager didn’t want to do her job. BU_YD_EN supporting anti-American business. Avoid this place at all costs! Their inventory is horrendous.

Huge selection, less expensive than B&N, they have comics, video games, and toys. I purchased kids books for $1.50. Big score.

I LOVE this place. The selection of items, not just books, is amazing. I almost always find what I'm looking for. If you are looking for a particular book, you can even call ahead and ask, and the staff will put the book on hold for a couple of hours so it's waiting for you! The staff is always friendly! I love this store so muxh!

they completely phased out their world history section and it made me very sad. their manga collection is solid, but it is at standard prices instead of thrift prices

Over priced items that are 2nd hand. It's a nice concept, but the stuff they are selling isn't worth what they are selling it for. A game that had 2 stickers on it 1.99 & 4.99 from a thrift store & they were selling for 20.00
