I had already had an account with 121 and always enjoyed the interactions with tellers and helpfulness of all the staff. But the best banking experience occurred recently when they resolved a situation in minutes that another credit union could not or would not fix. They have earned my respect and continued patronage.

I’ve always had a positive experience at this branch which is the one I use.I had some multifaceted business to take care of and Desiree was knowledgeable, precise and a gracious woman to work with.My business was completed and I left her office feeling refreshed and confident all details were covered.

THE BEST credit union in Jax hands down! 36yrs, 3 cars, a motorcycle, several personal loans and a HELOC later...it's reps like "beloved Norma Rabbi" and current rep Paula Acuff that make the BEST customer experience. Looking forward to 36+ more years!!!

121 Financial is a wonderful place to do business. The personnel are always friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to help their customers. I have used them through the past few years for many loans and they have always gone above and beyond to help in every situation. Very professional and caring.

Been a member for years. Called to pay off auto loan through sister branch and first rep calls it 101 financial and wanted to make me give social over phone which is not required with other verification. Called back and second rep did not need social but said i have to wait for specialist call. Waited 2 days called back and was told i just need to hit 4 on the menu for a loan officer……. What a joke. Paying this loan and closing account.

I am indeed satisfied to respond for our Hometown Credit Union. It makes me appreciate the convenience and help I receive when I first started banking with them. The manager explained to me the basic principles of being a member. She made me feel right at home with the banking industry and enjoy the benefits of the different services provided. I am truly thankful for the opportunities which were offered and I utilized every one of them that I needed, Thank 121 CU for everything!

Just switched from VyStar to 121 Financial. I wish had done it years ago. Ryan, the branch manager has been very helpful in our transition. I look forward to doing business with 121 for many years to come.

The Branch is fine. The website DOES NOT!! feature pictures of Caucasians. That is JUST PLAIN WRONG!! Fix It!! Telco!!
