Horrible !!! Iphone 14 max need a complete restart : housing , cpu, battery , etc paid over 500 dollrs bascially a new phone . Less than an hiur The screen moves on it on and glitches take it back i got warranty same thing happens take it back screen dropped and stopped working has a lil crack so they cant cover the warranty . I just paid 130 again to fix the screen yesterday and know i have to go back so they can temp fix it so i can come back to them again PONZI SCAM

broken screen repair, in and out quick, great people at the counter, great pricing. I tried that break fix group, to me they were arrogant and had poor customer service skills and more expensive.

Never been here before the other day… I was about to buy a new phone but when I saw this place and thought I would try it. Walked in 10 minutes before closing and told them my phone would not charge. They said, “oh hold on!” Came back with my phone 2 minutes later and said, “there you go!”, my phone charging with no problem. I asked what I owed and they said it was on the house. Instead of buying a new phone for $500 these guys fixed it for free, and then give me a t-shirt for free. Absolutely love this place, 10/10, would recommend.

I'm a hands on Mr Fixit. I replaced my own screen and digitizer but didn't clean it out properly. These folks have the right equipment and the digitizer was reset properly and done in the same day! ,$20

Impressed! Initial quote was FAR LESS than other quotes we received to repair an iPhone 13. When I picked it up 2 days later, they told me the phone didn’t require as much repair as they initially quoted and charged me $200 LESS than their original quote and the phone looked brand new.

Wow, just amazing how the phone repair technicians restored my dead Motor G Stylus 5g 2021 phone that had been idle on my dresser for over 7 months into a new Phone. But now my devices earpiece doesn't work at all, no sound comes from it, nobody can hear me etc.i have to either depend on Bluetooth or speaker for my calls for now on. But like I said they're good

This is my second time there. Went about 2 years ago, had a black screen. Got my phone back the next day. Went back on 11/16/23 for a bad battery. The battery was ordered and I got my phone back the next day. Awesome service. The best in Jax!

They don't warranty their work. I had the glass replaced on my iPhone at this location. Three weeks later the LCD behind the glass started to look deformed and I started having issues with certain functions. I returned to the store, but they would not fix. They insisted that the glass was broken when it was not and clearly the problem was behind the glass. The LCD was most likely damaged at the time they made the repair. Instead of them owning up to it they wanted to charge me an additional $90 to fix. Will not be going back.
