I share only 4 stars, because it seems impossible to talk to a human on the phone. It took me over 5 minutes with the automated voice to get to a human representative.

This Walgreens has the best pharmacy. I had called other Walgreens and they are just all over the place but this location has an amazing staff

I come here at least once or twice a week for little things and whatnot and almost every time I come Verna is working and she’s always so awesome and nice. Today I finally decided to ask her name to leave a review because I usually don’t leave reviews unless someone’s service blows me away. Verna is awesome and always takes care of business. I respect the hell out of her

Definitely one of the worst Walgreens experiences I’ve ever had. Placed an order to print a few documents. Ended up waiting 30 minutes past the estimated pick-up time. Worker was blaming me for the order saying I did something wrong and it was making it hard for her. But in reality, she had the wrong paper in the printer and was confused on why it wasn’t coming out how she wanted it. After frustratingly rambling to herself for 30 minutes, she finally found the right paper for the machine. After finding the right paper, she continued talking to herself- “Jesus Christ” this and “Oh God” that. She also proceeded to check-out 4 other customers behind me before proceeding to finish my prints. As I’m writing this review, I am still waiting for her to finish the prints. It’s comical at this point.
Update: just got my order, and it turns out she was printing on the wrong paper the whole time. My order is completely wrong.

My boyfriend went in to make a purchase and get cash back, and the cashier refused to do so. Told him he had to give exact change. He explained to the woman that he didn't have exact change, and then she proceeded to argue with him. Will not be returning, and we will be reaching out to corporate about the quality of customer care.

I'm confused as to why this store is open 24 hours; they have no staff in the store to cash out; they have at least two people in the store that work overnight and these ppl are busy stocking the shelves; they never come to the front of the store to do the cashier part of the job; I am normally in the store between 5a-7a on different occasions and there is never a cashier in the store to cash you out; I am too honest to steal and never would but this practice leaves you open to unscrupulous ppl that might get tired of waiting for your staff to come up front or taking the time to search through the store aisles to find YOUR staff to cash out the items we want to purchase; get some real cashiers in the store or teach your staff how to multitask where they can stock the shelves but still check the cashier counter to see if you have customers; also, they ignore the bellring you have in the store to announce you have customers/shoppers; what good does it do to have fully stocked shelves when you can't efficiently buy anything

Worst customer service I've ever recieved. I went in about 8:15 pm on December the 14th. I politely let the associate know I was here about hour or 2 ago & needed to exchange a souvenir for my daughter from a medium to a large shirt. Instead of explaining the policy, she started talking with her hands, took the larger size shirt with an attitude dismissed me & walked away. I asked her why can't i exchange my shirt size. My receipt does not say non returnable. It says return value with a dollar amount. I have a screen shot below of my receipt. If anything is non returnable, items are normally listed as non returnable. She treated the customer before me with kindness. Not once did she smile or greet me. The associates from my first visit were polite & happy to assist. I was even given suggestions.

Make sure you watch your car. They have ASAP towing taking cars. My wife and I were shopping and luckily I came out just as he was hooking up our. We had to call 911 and it seemed the cops and store manager were all in cahoots together. We witnessed one shopper have to pay for him to drop her car. ASAP towing co is stealing from people
