3 Lines, 3 new tiny small androids, and cost is over a $1,000.00 in less than 2 weeks?
Verizen will KILL you with charges. Was supposed to be $65.00/line? Plus you have to commit to 36 months?
Hasn't been but 11 days and they are charging us for the month prior! Walk in for $600.00 and in a week, you get a bill for over $400.00!
Not waiting for the next billing cycle. Who knows what they will add on? We are turning those ity bitty tiny phones in!
Who are these people who sell you this plan? You can be they know what they are doing!

Absolute professional environment. I came for a device transfer, and as i was walking in, Mike opened the door for me, introduced himself, and asked how he could help me today. I explained what happened, and for something i thought was gonna take about an hour, low and behold, my device was transferred in less than 5 minutes. I love how fast it was handled but also the efficency and professionalism Mike presented. Thanks, Mike, for making my day easier!

This Verizon store is great. I thought my phone needed to be replaced but it was only the screen protector that was cracked. I was in and out quite quickly. But the people at this store are always courteous to customers and very knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions and they are so pleasant to deal with. It's consistently a good experience to go there.
I had to go there again recently after writing this first review. Again, everything was great. They open at 9 which works for me and people are so pleasant. Today Reggie solved something I had been struggling with for a week in about 3 minutes. Another great experience

Colin Nolan was wonderful! We came in because we were having issues with our my Verizon app, he was patient and was able to help me get my account set up properly after hours of being on the phone. Once we were setup he described the streaming services Verizon offers and was able to get us 5 streaming services for 20 dollars! Highly recommend this Verizon store!

High recommend this place. Miss Pinky was amazing, very helpful during the entire process. She even helped me to transfer all the information from my new phone14. Highly pleased with her costumer’s service. We have a great iPhone deals and Samsung deals. I’m pleased with her best performance.

Yesterday after my tablet was hacked so I went to the Verizon store at Jax Beach on 3rd street. I was met at the door by Mitchell Chicoine, Cellular Sales rep. I have no tech skills and it was a relief that Mitch could fix this problem in less than 2 minutes. Great service from Mitch. Thank you so much.....Rich Lemire

I don't think the "device set up service" fees being charged by a 3rd party "Cellular sales" and then being added on by Verizon is good service at all. If you feel like most consumers..... phone providers and or cellular/internet/cable feels like buying a used car. You almost have to dodge all the fees that shouldn't be charged in the 1st place or could be avoided all together. I'm all for a sales person making a living. But let's call it what it is. It's sleezy. I'd be happy to give a higher review, but my $70 dollars I feel they owe me is worth the piece of mind to share I'm not happy with this locations service.
Update 5/6 Case #00920820. They offered me in store credit of $70. This is still a 1 star review. After they decided I needed documentation that we weren't taken care of or what was offered was only verbal and non written.

Three years ago, I went to this store and actually got a good deal. I felt uncomfortable though when I realized it was not an actual Verizon store. They are just subcontractors!!!
When your contract renews, get ready because they will try and shaft you! I gave them the opportunity to improve my deal and the cost, but they only budged literally by $4 per phone line. I went to another provider(major) and my bill was literally cut by 70%.
I went back to the “Verizon” store to get my account closed and get a copy of my bill. They told me it was “impossible” and they could not do that. They were very rude to me. I’m being “nice” in my description of them they were extremely unprofessional!
I will never use Verizon or one of their pretend Verizon stores again. Grand Highway robbery!

These guys are commission only con men. They tell you your bill won't change and will even go down as you add all of this stuff "free" stuff but then your bill goes up over $200. You go back to the store and find they rotate their staff between several stores so the con men do not have to face the music for the stories they told.
Hours on the phone with the real Verizon and our bill still is not as low as it was.
From now on, get them to print out your current bill, and before you leave the store have them print out what your new bill will be.
Better yet, only use a real Verizon store, not an "AUTHORIZED DEALER"!

I just had the most pleasant experience once again at Verizon in Jacksonville Beach. I worked with Maddie and she was excellent and speedy and cheerful and very knowledgeable and very helpful. And we met our goals exactly what I needed as quickly as humanly possible, I highly recommend her and Verizon.
