I have to say this is the best vet experience I have ever had. My cat was injured and they scheduled an appointment right away even though I had never been there before. After seeing her, they have followed up everyday for 5 days straight. Unbelievable these people are and so nice too.

We have been going to them for years, and Shoreline is absolutely fantastic. They have been so caring and loving to our dogs and to us, and I would highly recommend them for anyone whose pets also mean the world to them

I've been taking my corgi here since he was only a few months old, and Dr. DeMonte and Dr. Lee have taken phenomenal care of him. They are kind, compassionate, caring, and thorough every visit. I've moved since initially visiting them, but still make the 45 minute commute to Shoreline when he needs to go to the vet because they're so caring. I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely love bringing my dogs here, and my dogs actually love it too. They are caring, kind, informative, and everything I want in a vet. I attempted to visit another vet for my dogs annuals because they had slightly lower prices, but we were back at Shoreline in no time! The experience didn't even compare. Shoreline is worth any extra dollars you might have to spend. Their level of care and commitment is like no other.

This is an amazing facility with amazing staff. The level of care is superior to any other veterinarian in Jax Beach. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We’ve trusted Shoreline with our fur babies for several years. Most recently, Dr. DeMonte has overseen their care and we couldn’t be more pleased. She’s a compassionate caregiver who always takes her time and is so sweet and gentle with our aged dogs.

We just moved here from another state and my cat had sutures in her face that needed to be removed. A few weeks before I came home to a surprise abscess on her face likely from a scratch or bite from my other cat. Very random. Anyway the stitches were not ready to be removed when we left. As soon as we got to Florida, I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr Jen was super sweet and kept telling me what good care I was taking of my cat. She was able to removed the stitches easy peasy. Im glad I found Shoreline because they will be my new vet now that we are here and settled!

I was on the search for a new clinic to bring my 7 dogs to since leaving my previous clinic. I read many reviews before deciding upon Shoreline. They called the day before to remind me of my appointment, which is great as it's a busy world and we often forget things. When I arrived they notified me they were running behind that day due to short staff and an emergency that morning; understandable as I'm in the field so I get this happens. They gave the opportunity to reschedule but I chose to stay and wait. The staff was great, Dave was very polite and knowledgeable as was the new tech he was training. Dr DeMonte was an absolute doll. She listened to everything that I had to say regarding my dog, her needs, my wishes and wants. She was very kind, full of knowledge and truly listened to me about the care of my dog. Many vets have a mindset of their way or the highway (I used to work for a place like this, so this was refreshing).

After a bad experience with a different local vet, Shoreline was a breath of fresh air. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about you and your pet. So grateful to have found them!

I trust this team of veterinarians and techs wholeheartedly. They have proven to provide impeccable care for my animals. Yesterday, we made the difficult decision to euthanize our young cat. Dr. Damonte helped us reach this heartbreaking conclusion in a thorough, considerate, and professional manner. She and her vet tech were there to support us and made our little guy comfortable as he made his way to his next life. It was a devastating experience that I would not want to have shared with any other team. I am grateful.

This is my first time to this vet and I am EXTREMELY thankful for them. My hamster Kai was an old little guy and had a large mass on him that just kept getting bigger and bigger and I knew there wasn't much I could do at this point so we looked around at vets that could put him down. All the vets I looked at charged an insanely high amount to put down hamsters and me and my fiance just don't have that kind of money. I finally found Shoreline Veterinary and they charged a fair price and were very compassionate about everything that happened. I am forever grateful for everything they've done and for their kindness through it all.

Twice now the staff and doctors here have saved my cats life. Once after being attacked by an owl, and again years later when he got a laceration on his arm. The prices are fair and the staff do a great job of showing care to your pets. Definitely recommend.

We could never express in words our appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Jenn Vencil for her compassion, kindness, gentleness and professionalism in putting our 15 year old dachshund, Sophie to sleep on June 3, 2021. Though we live in St. John's County our veterinarian whose office is in St. Augustine recommended Dr. Jenn Vencil. We wanted to put down our beloved dachshund at home surrounded by her brother and sister along with my wife and I. We did not want Sophie to suffer nor did we want to take her to the Vet in her final day of life. Instead we called Dr. Vencil on June 2nd explaining the details of Sophies decline. I asked her what the procedure was and she explained in detail each step. As hard as it was we asked her when she could come to our home. She said she could come to our home at 9:30 am the next day as we learned that she and her husband, who is also a veterinarian live 20 minutes away. Dr. Jenn Vencil arrived at our house promptly at 9;30. She then explained in detail the procedure. Sophie remained in her bed as her brother and sister, myself and my wife and Dr Vencil surrounded her bed softly talking and stroking our beloved Sophie. No pain, no anxiety, a peaceful sleep with only our tears but not Sophies. 13 days prior to her death our third dachshund, Lucy, a hospice therapy dog, died in her sleep from an enlarged heart diagnosed 10 days earlier. We believe Sophie and Lucy are running around fields of green grass happy to be together. To Dr. Jennifer Vencil....thank you. Her husband, Dr. Jacob Vencil works out of Palencia Pet Clinic in St. Augustine.
