I bought a necklace for 90 dollars. I only had it for a few weeks. So I decided to take it back to see if they could fix it. They told me they would. Didn’t hear from them. I decided to call them. They told me they would either give me the necklace back or store credit. However, I couldn’t get store credit back and the necklace. I can’t believe they would treat a customer like this. The owner was supposed to call me and she has not got back with me. They will not be getting my business anymore.

After spending a good amount of money over the holidays for my daughters ( one who was pregnant) we tried returning 2 items and bc it was past the return date they would not take it back. My daughter was in the hospital with complications until delivery and they would still not take it back. This place will NEVER get my business again. And then to tell me they would not return it they hid behind a text instead of being professional and calling. How pathetic.

I called to place a shipment order to Texas, and the girl i talked to (Maria) was SO rude and very short with me. She made me feel like i was wasting her time and so i ended up not even ordering. Really frustrated with customer service. I expected a lot more from this store, especially since the clothes are pricey. I would expect the customer service to match their pricing. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This boutique is absolutely so much fun just to be in!! The staff alone and owner are just so friendly and go above and beyond! Their clothing is constantly evolving with everything one would desire! I could go in every day and find new, cool, stylish pieces! Their jewelry is gorgeous and they have a beautiful selection of home decor and great gift ideas!!! A definite A+ boutique all around!!!

I come here all the time for just about anything! They have great gifts if you need to grab a quick one for a party or event. They also always have great basics and comfy clothing that is great for everyday. They carry a brand I love so I stop in often. The owner is extremely nice and always shows me what's new.

Love love love this boutique!!!! The girls are soooo friendly! Crystal and Sarah so sweet and helpful. Their Facebook page is awesome. They are on top of it! If you ask a size or price they get right back to and will transfer from one location to the other San Marco. They have shoes, belts,adorable clothes and jewelry too!!!

This is such a cute store with extremely reasonably priced items. I love this place especially when things are on sale and items are really cheap. They stock really nice items that are great quality. The girls who work there always seem more than willing to help.
