I DONT LIKE DARK PATTERNS. At the Hills aisle there was a posted QR code promising 10x smart points. When I clicked on it I had page after page of registration and finally gave up. I asked the cashier for the points, “I can do it for you but it will take a really long time”. Now I am registered to some accounts somewhere which aren’t PET SMART points accounts

The one in ponte vedra, as far as grooming goes is terrible beyond terrible. I took both my dogs in, neither were groomed properly from the nails to the brushing. I will never personally recommend or take my dogs there again.

Kinda really concerned because the groomer said that my dog bit her. My dog, Ollie, is docile and has been groomed at several places, not to mention 2 Petsmarts including this one, and not once has anyone said he bit them. He has been getting groomed for 5 years so he is used to getting groomed. He is a Bichon Frise.She said to me, "I think they put the "biting" record on the wrong dog" meaning that the other dog I brought, Toby, who did nip the last groomer was not really the aggressive one. (Toby had never been groomed in 6 years of his life). There is no way they got that record wrong because Toby, my other dog is a rescue and has only been to Petsmart one other time and Ollie did not come. The groomer's microaggression was ugly. I have spent lots of money on grooming here because I typically get deluxe services for my dogs. Ollie was rescued late last year.This is important to me, because I don't want my dog having biting habits out of fear because of a groomer. Sometimes, it triggers a response to all groomers and this dog being a Bichon is always going to need grooming..The groomer for Toby was excellent though. He is a nipper and she said he didn't nip her. She obviously. made him feel safe. Something is really wrong with that picture. Also Toby's cut was perfect and adorable.I gave 2 stars, only because the sweet lady who did Toby was excellent. She sat down,took her time to talk to Toby and make him feel comfortable with her.The attitude of the groomer who groomed Ollie is why I couldn't do more stars. I have been at this Petsmart for a few years....just kinda concerned about it all.

We brought our dog in to get groomed , typically we come across issues because he is a puppy but Emily was able to do a amazing job on his haircut and based on her feedback our dog was very calm which speaks a lot on her persona and her energy that she has while she is working. He looks amazing for the holidays!

I recently had my dog groomed with the grooming dept. I have never had a problem with this area and actually use them all the time with no problem. Tinley, Kate, Emma all great with our fur baby. The encounter with Alaska this past weekend needs to be addressed. When my husband comes home and really has concern about leaving our fur baby says a lot because he never does this! I went down there probably a hour to hour and a half into the appt and Alaska proceeded to be just rude when was not necessary and then maybe started on him 30 min after I arrived. We do not recommend her at all because her actions were not deemed necessary and when she began grooming our pup I just did not want her grooming our dog and demanded she stop immediately because if someone is going to be that rude and obnoxious then would you really want them working on your fur baby ? Not a good experience with this groomer at all!

See what Adriana groomer in Town Center Jax FL did to my Yorkie. She wasn’t happy since my dog arrived. She complaint about her knots on her hair. My 10 years old daughter was crying and the groomer laughing.

I placed an order with PetSmart, that was to be delivered through door dash, which I paid for with door dash. They said the order was placed for delivery and gave a link to follow, then they cancelled the delivery, and said to call Pet Smart, which I did, spoke with Eric the manager, he was a great help and said to call Door Dash, I called Door Dash and they were not helpful with the cancellation, the said they could not tell me why it was canceled, that it's private. They could not refund me the money that went through them and had to call PetSmart which I already did. I called PetSmart back and talked to Eric the manager and he made good on the order, he delivered it himself. So much appreciation for him and PetSmart. Beware of Door Dash...

This location was much better than the town center one. They have many more fish and seem to be much better stocked. They have a better selection of fish decorations as well. I will be shopping this location for anything I require fish wise.

My fur baby and I love Petsmart! We get his food, toys and even a comfy little bed for him all in one place. And, let's not forget about the staff who are always warm and welcoming! Petsmart in Jax beach is your one stop shop for food, toys for fun and how could I forget a quick groom when needed!
