This store is my favorite spot in Ponte Vedra
Always friendly environment and stuff!
For some reason, I love this location because it’s always organized and clean !
I love that it has a lot of coastal decor and many other things on the budget

Nice store but they try to force a Homegoods/TJMaxx Credit Card down your throat at every checkout. I am sick of places like this trying to push their CC, and taking advantage of people who don’t know any better and just agree to it. It’s elder abuse and makes a store less classy. We know it’s there, we will tell you if we want it, stop trying to push it in everyone’s faces.

Love this place and the prices… Always plenty of inventory and selection of good quality home Decour. My go to place! The only problem is sometimes when they’re extremely busy, there’s not enough cashiers at the registers and I know there’s plenty of people under the roof so the front checkout lead cashier needs to call for more help when the line is always backed up to the outer aisle. As a business owner, I walked out of their store, very disappointed later called and explained my concern. The elderly lady answering was very rude. I know this was probably because she was overwhelmed and extremely busy. Again, she should’ve called her back up!

Went into their store today and the line was all the way wrapped around the entire service area counter and down the next aisle. Only two cashiers when I walked in. I know it's a Friday but it's January 5. I'm not understanding why they don't have more people on the registers? I see plenty of people on the floor and coming in and out of the back service doors with there being six registers. Why can't they accommodate the current demand? Unacceptable as I have worked in retail my entire life and been a store manager myself I never sat in the stockroom I always made sure I was on the floor so I could watch the flow of traffic and give the best customer service possible when I called and asked one of the cashiers... She was very nasty and told me they opened late. It was her the tone of her voice and her attitude. I guess she's frustrated and that's really not her fault. But sometimes I wonder do they not know how to pick up a phone and ask for help? This is probably what's happening.

The most arrogant manager, the product had many scratches and did not give a discount. In other Home Goods stores, they give a discount if the product is damaged

Very nice place. Very quiet. The songs are very seasonal and festive. The products have an antique vibe to them. The prices are not too expensive. They have a nice selection. Great.
