I came in before x-mas looking for a dependable Meat thermometer, I was preparing a expensive cut of prime rib, and needed a good quality meat thermometer, I chose the middle of the range thermometer ( big green egg meter) about 40.00$ ! It was the perfect choice!! Our Standing Rib Roast came out Perfect!!! Thank you Mr.Pollard, You made me an instant kitchen Genius!! I ,myself was so proud of of my ability to pull off the unthinkable! ( a perfect dinner for the family!! I would also like to say that I enjoy this hardware very much! “Was a great way to use a rainy day, shopping with the wife. Numerous items in the store so be prepared to stay a while!!Was surprised to see so many different types of items that kept me amused as the wives shopped every item in the store?. Right when you think you’re done there’s another shop to hit right next store.Plenty to see don’t expect to get out of these stores in less than an hour though, but you will find plenty to look at and buy!”
