Joel Lapitsky is a skilled angel when it comes to working on cars. His skills along with Max, the manager's, leadership is absolutely exceptional. If you want things done right go to this specific Goodyear, where they take care of you in ways you couldn't even imagine.

After getting two new tires installed, a new clunking sound was coming from the front axel as I drove away from the shop. I took the car back and at first they tried to deny that the car was making any sound at all until I got in the car with them and pointed it out. They couldn’t give me a straight answer on why my car was suddenly making this noise. They also said that my left rear brake pads needed replaced which makes no sense as all of the brake pads should wear similarly. I went to another mechanic and they said all of my brakes are wearing evenly and still have 50% life left. Everyone working there seemed totally incompetent.

Was my go to place for oil changes and basic maintenance however due to a few recent incidences, that could’ve been easily avoided with communication. I’m never going back there again.

Adequate but another location had to redo a brake job on a Mercedes when out of town. Be prepared to wait. Not unfriendly, typical car repair treatment.

I just left here. I had an appointment at 10am. I walked in at 945 to be told they can't honor my appointment. NO PHONE CALL telling me this. I just wasted 45 minutes driving from St. Augustine. Never again.Dear Good year:Please read my actual review. You didn't keep me waiting, when I was told that you were unable to keep the appointment, I WAS STANDING IN THE FLIPPING STORE! I scheduled my appointment to get my tires checked before driving my daughter and I to Oklahoma.You wasted my time for me to drive to your location. I did however drive back to St. Augustine and go to the Tires Plus location by my house and got my tires rotated. At least they cared enough to make sure we were safe.

Very helpful - diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately did not have a tech there who could fix it, but John was wonderful, assured us that the car was safe to drive, gave us the appropriate codes so we could go to. Goodyear shop in Atlanta to get it fixed! Thanks John!

Ever gone to a repair facility for a check engine light and it was a loose gas cap? Get charged $80-100 diagnostic fee? Not here. I've been a customer of theirs for a while and will continue to be because they are fair.
