I am writing this here in an attempt to have someone at Home Depot resolve my issue. For three weeks I have been trying to return a Door. I've been to the store three times, I've made countless phone calls and Home Depot always tells me they're going to call me to make an appointment to pick up the door and they never get back to me. I'm very upset, I had a project to be done in our garage but as the door is taking up a lot of space there, it had to be postponed. Can someone from Home Depot please help me? I really need to return this door.

There's absolutely nothing much in the garden section as far as pretty planting pots or variety of rocks for gardens!!!

I'm a retired veteran and have no need for a smartphone: However home depot will not give me the military discount because I don't have a smartphone. Lowe's just uses your phone number once you register. Today I was embarrassed by the salesman because I don't have a smartphone. I think home depot should be ashamed of the way they treat military people.

Spent 10 minutes walking back and forth in appliance department while older lady associate stood and chatted with co worker. Was going to purchase entire kitchen suite plus dryer. But apparently her discussion with coworker was more important. Will go somewhere else that has employees who actually will help a customer Sunday 11.20 8 :20 am

Today I was greeted by every associate and asked if I needed help. It was very refreshing and I got the help I needed as I am so clueless to home improvement. Thank you I will continue to do business at this establishment . Big thanks to the associate in plumbing Todd and Destiny working self checkout.

Hello, I visited the Jacksonville Beach location around 11:30 AM today. I was there for about 15 minutes and counted 15 customers without masks. Two of these customers were in the check out lane, talking to a HD employee. One was in an aisle, talking with an employee. I realize that it must be incredibly tiring for employees to police customers, who are fully aware of the mask mandate, but it's important that employees feel empowered and responsible for correcting such behavior in the midst of this health crisis. As a physician assistant who works in a local (FULL) emergency department, I am begging you to help the community by not allowing customers to walk around the store and purchase items without wearing a mask.

Do not care about the safety of their customers or employees. Observed multiple people in the store with NO mask on and when I discussed this with the manager, he didn't even attempt to offer the customers a free mask. I did and one of 3 took it and apologized. The sign on the door is a joke, must means there is no room for non compliance. Either change your sign or start enforcing what you claim to enforce by saying MUST wear a mask.

Our Ryobi blower quit blowing so called their customer service and they told me I could bring into a HD, so went to my local one on 3rd st. The manager James went above and beyond as far as customer service/satisfaction. Very pleased with the service and Home Depot has a loyal customer for life.

While I was able to get everything I needed for my at home project I can't say the staff were very helpful in making that happen. When I asked employees for help they seemed curt and even a little hostile. Men and couples didn't seem to have any trouble getting help but as a younger woman alone I felt a little stranded.

To be honest, this place has never been anything but awesome. (my bad for not leaving a review until now) But today I was on a ridiculous mission to get very specific cookware (yeah, I had no idea they had cookware) as a birthday gift. This is a shout out to the customer service/team effort that helped me!!! Andy is a lovely kick-ass woman surrounded by a bunch of awesome guys (Erik, Matt, Johnathon, and Jack) in the help desk/ returns area. I promise, if you need assistance with anything, you're in good hands. (also, solid patience/sense of humor) Obviously I don't know who will see this, but personally, I think they all deserve a raise. I really appreciate all the help!!

Throughout the lockdown I've been active project manager for a local contractor, with a shortage of employees I've made a Home Depot run almost every day. I've had the best experience at this location with cheerful and helpful staff. They definitely go above and beyond. Today I was helped by Dyaasia she was amazing and made sure that I got everything I needed and didn't have to wait in line. She's definitely an asset. 10/10 would recommend

Popped in for a hunk of wood- contain the snickers- to attempt carving my first spoon. After weaving up and down the aisles, I found a chunk of poplar that looked as thought I can get 3 or 4 spoons out of. I have a friend who carves spoons and I used to carve walking sticks. I have been dying to try out my new spoon carving kit! I admit I am used to having at least one person ask if I need help- that did not happen in this store. This is my 3rd or 4th time at this location and I don't think I have ever been offered help. I did manage to find what I was looking for and then ended up buying some succulents too. The cashier was fast and friendly & I was on my way.

So we ordered carpet and padding and when delivery was scheduled one guy shows up to do our furnished 1400sf space. Not only did they not send enough help (I paid $75 for the furniture to be moved) they sent the wrong carpet. About a week goes by and the correct carpet shows up with three guys. They look at our furniture, say they can't do it and leave with my carpet and padding. I call HD and demand my purchased carpet which I get, without the padding. I was refunded for the installation and padding, hired my own installers who managed to work around the furniture and complete the job in 12 hours. HD Installers are just plain lazy.

The one I go to in Marsh Landing has be very good. Helpful staff and services which I have used. Got outside fans and dishwasher from there and installed. Highly recommend.

Great place to buy home goods and very good customer service. Convenient and also has a nice lawn and garden department.
