Took my wife's 2021 Mazda in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sean and team were great as usual. The reason I began using Tire Outlet is that a couple years ago my wife had a tire leak and pulled in to have it checked. The tech found a nail, repaired it and sent her on her way without charging her anything. Such great customer service got our "paying" business because of that act of kindness. I highly recommend these guys (and gal) for reliable, honest, work at a reasonable price.

Service was As Good As It Gets. Work was done in a timely manner and prices were very reasonable will definitely be going back. it starts with Sean when you first call and it ends with the fellas that actually do the work everyone is amazing.

Price was right. They had what I needed when other local shops did not and they got me in (with an appointment) the day after I contacted them. Any other company I contacted locally could not get me in for nearly a week (and that’s if they had the product I needed).
Customer service was great also.
I can see why it’s so busy.

Made an appointment to have brakes serviced, dropped car off very early morning that day, left fob in an envelope, placed in the lock box. Called at 1:30p to check on status of the car, Shaun stated T O did not have the keys. They were aware of the appointment, and that the car was in their parking lot. Upon finding the fob in the lockbox, they were able to complete the service quickly. Mechanical service was acceptable, customer service could use some work.

I found this tire store by doing my research on google reviewes. As a level 8 local guide I have found the most accurate reviews are Google because they do not pay anyone for their posts.
Their manager Sean is a great guy (see the pic) and was very helpful to help me find the right tire for my genesis. They have an excellent showroom which reminds me of the Genesis store. Very clean with lots of options for coffee.
If you take a look here they have a 4.9 rating with over 1500 posts. Sean explained the reason my tread wore out was because of a bad alignment so getting it done now
I recommend these guys more than any of the other stores at the beach. If you're going to be here for a little while I recommend you bring your laptop and you can sit here just like if you would in a coffee shop.
