Dr Ramirez is an amazing and compassionate vet. She has taken excellent care of my dogs. Sometimes the staff can be a bit brusk and the facility is showing its age and the need for a deep cleaning.....but the doctors make up for it with compassionate care of your pet.

We had our dog cared for at Beaches Animal Clinic for years . Sadly we had to put our sweet Boomer down . The doctor and staff were amazing and so compassionate. These are great people! Great vet!!

I want to thank you for giving us fast and efficient service. I know I had to do a walk in and wait for a little bit but it was worth it. My Max is on the mend and I was very appreciated that you took us in even though we don't live in the area.

Went here last month with my dog lulu - staff were absolutely incredible. We just moved here and we're nervous about finding a new vet. They were affordable and very professional. They did not try and upsell on things my previous vet always would- will definitely be back!

I've always had a positive experience with the team so I continue to be confused as to the recent diagnosis and treatment for my senior cat who was very clearly presenting with a "urinary" issue. We've all heard the warnings on TV to seek medical attention for an erection lasting over four hours. My poor cat is over 4 WEEKS in and is now nearing complete kidney failure. At their request, I emailed photos of my cat's groin for staff review on June 2. Rather than the treat the immediate - and extremely obvious - issue, Dr. Granzow prescribed antibiotics and a topical powder. We've been back two more times, each appointment ranging from $340 to $617 only to be told his condition has now deteriorated beyond their capabilities and referred us to a surgeon who will "change your cat from a boy to a girl." This poor 12-year-old guy will need to be castrated and I will be forced to pay "thousands" for the procedure in order to save his life. This is on top of the $1,200 I've already spent - including a $25 charge for a catheter after leaving me a voicemail stating they were unable to catheterize him - for Dr. Granzow to essentially shrug and throw up her hands as we happened to see her on her last day before moving to Hawaii. Maybe the next doctor who last saw us would've treated him correctly from the get-go but we'll never know because we won't be going back. I would not recommend, especially with an older pet. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Best vet clinic in Jacksonville. Caring vets, educated and knowledgeable vet techs. Helpful receptionists. They take walk ins during specific times, tech services-nails trims and anal glands, fluid administration. Dr Daniel, Dr Ramirez, Dr Kemp and Dr P are amazing and caring. They have your pets best interest and health at heart! I will not take my pets anywhere else!!

We've been seeing Dr Daniels for many years with our two small fur babies Zak and Hazel, and he is WONDERFUL. Recently Zak had some really bad back pain and we had to schedule an appointment with a different doctor because Dr. Daniels wasn't available. We saw Dr Eleanor Granzow and she was AMAZING. Plus it was a busy day for me and the office staff not only got me a same day appointment but also I was in and out in 30 minutes. The whole experience was FANTASTIC anyone who cares for their pets should use this office, you won't regret it!!!!

Brought our King Charles Cavalier in because she seemed to be in pain, something just seemed "off," and honestly I felt a bit like a crazy dog mom. They got us in within an hour of my call! Entire staff was very compassionate and nice. Turns out our baby has painful hip dysplasia, which isn't at all what I was expecting. Dr. Kempf was so kind and compassionate with us, carefully went over X-rays and diagnosis, and made sure we had a treatment plan including referral to orthopedics when we left. Thanks to her care our pup is clearly feeling better, even though I'm still nervous about things long term, and not sure what next steps will be. So thankful to this wonderful team for their compassion and patience. They were so kind to my dog! (And have been kind enough to answer my follow up questions). Were also incredible in helping our Great Pyrenees when she developed seizures and she's now been seizure-free for months. They are affordable and fair and their documentation has been solid for our pet insurance claims as well. Trust these guys with your fur babies!

Our first visit and we fell in love. This clinic is so friendly. Bandit usually shakes and is determined to go for the door, but not so much here. Our provider was very thorough explaining everything she saw and treatment possibilities. I am so very thankful we came here. The best experience ever!

Yesterday was my first time at this vet and I honestly could not have had a better experience. The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in, until I paid. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kempf and she had to be the only vet I have ever came in contact with (mind you I have lived throughout Florida) that didn't push unnecessary testing. I truly was amazed all around by the care that was given plus the bill was a bonus to see it wasn't outrageous. Moving my new puppy to their care immediately! Highly recommend.

Friendly, compassionate and caring. Three things I would ask of my vet and three things I found in abundance here. My dog has me a spill and I wanted her to be checked out, so it was a non specific issue. They checked her out thoroughly, kept it pandemic friendly and it was easy on the wallet. Big fan.
