I purchased a used Raymarine C120 from Steve Jahn through EBay. He displayed photos of the unit working properly. When I received it the unit only booted up with a white screen. When I relayed the information he stated he was going to make a claim to the shipper. I even showed him a receipt of an electronic store that had to fix it. He hasn't responded and I lost the price of the display and had to repair it. I thought he would address and try to resolve the problem. Unfortunately he has not. The item was purchased in early October 2016.
