Way better than any CVS on the island. I was sick and catching a flight home within a few hours. They’d received my rx electronically overnight and had it ready to go promptly! Very thankful for their quick and helpful service. I think their prices are cheaper too!

Truly the best pharmacy I have ever used anywhere! One of the reason I love the Keys is the community, the people. That's exactly what makes Island Pharmacy so great, not only is it convenient and locally owned, the people are awesome! Number one, Grade A service...thanks y'all!!

Amazing customer service, promptness, and 1/3 of the price of CVS...love, love, love them! They completely go the extra mile because they actually care about you. Cannot believe I've gone through all the hassles involved with the big pharmacies all this time. I never knew such a pharmacy existed...soooo glad I know now.
