Andy at Island Pharmacy is truly a delight. He came through and was able to transfer and fill a prescription I had forgotten to bring on vacation. Fantastic service and honestly just fun to chat with! I am very grateful. Thank you Island Pharmacy.

Way better than any CVS on the island. I was sick and catching a flight home within a few hours. They’d received my rx electronically overnight and had it ready to go promptly! Very thankful for their quick and helpful service. I think their prices are cheaper too!

Truly the best pharmacy I have ever used anywhere! One of the reason I love the Keys is the community, the people. That's exactly what makes Island Pharmacy so great, not only is it convenient and locally owned, the people are awesome! Number one, Grade A service...thanks y'all!!
