Great location and REALLY easy and convenient. Alot simpler (and more bespoke) than Froggy's especially if you're staying in Islamorada. Well worth a day pass.

The weight room doesn't have a lot of plates and I'm not sure where to deadlift or if there's even a spot to deadlift. The machines work good and the treadmills don't have any problems. -1 star for the deadlifting problem, but overall decent for the price

This is a great place to continue your yoga, pilates,aerobicise,etc. Lots of room for exercise. As a bonus there is an additional room for weight training with free weights, racks, and aerobic machines such as treadmills. The owner made herself readily available and extremely accommodating. Huge bonus is 24 hr access.
