Lines are ridiculous. You could easily wait at the drive thru for a half hour. Go inside and it's almost just as bad. There's always a problem. I switched to another pharmacy. Never a line and never a problem. Now to get my mother to switch so I never have to deal with this incompetence again

Roxanne, Paige and Honey you ladies are amazing and wonderful! You have always been helpful with all my multitudes of questions. I appreciate every single one of you! I know a lot of people want to just come on here and complain and whine, so I am just wanting to let you all know that you are hard working, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. This Walgreens pharmacy is an absolute joke. I really question if they actually know what they are doing. They do not honor coupons and they will mess up your prescription and put the blame on you or your drs office even tho the pharmacist misread the prescription! Go somewhere else for your scripts and save yourself the head ache of dealing with the clowns they have working in the pharmacy!

Items are easy to find. Employees are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is 10 plus stars! They work so well as a team and really care about their customers by their kind ways to help and move people through the line as fast as possible!

All two Apple gift cards from the Walgreens on Apopka. They didn’t bother marking, which one had what amount on it just threw them in a bag and then told me there’s no way to check the balance whatsoever bought is guest for other people.

I just called to check on 2 prescriptions. I’d requested them via app 1 over a week ago. I requested 1 today. They never indicated on the app that They were sent to my doctor for refills. Same as one last week.The customer service rep was unbelievably rude to me, would not listen and she hung up on me. I called back and I was helped. It turned out that they were never sent to my doctor. Something has change with this store.I should not have to call for status and my issue could not have been solved by the customer service number. I still can’t believed she hung up on me and I wish I had listened to her name.Kathie Lima

I was there on Christmas day in the pharmacy. Marisol was a condescending, mean, insensitive person. Why would you allow someone like that being around people that are dealing with health issues? Have you become like every other business? I will never be back

Went to pickup a photo and a woman in a blue shirt was incredibly rude. She asked what I was there for, I said to pick up a picture, and then she looks at me and shakes her head in annoyance like I was supposed to read her mind, then asked for my last name.
