An all around amazing store, recently on my latest visit I had Arian as my cashier and she did an absolute amazing job!!!! She cares so much about the customers and quality of the connection between the customer and employee I wish there was more cashiers like her in every store

The staff at Petsupermarket have gone out of their way to help a cat and a kitten in the recent past. A cat that was found behind their store. Angel and Michael took the cat in and kept him in the cat tower until I could get to the store the next day. The cat has been rehomed by a cat rescue. Hardin Haven. Never answers the phone so you can't call to find out if they have what you are looking for. Went to another store and got what I needed because they answer their phone.

I had a horrible experience at the Inverness store today. I had a 120 pound pup on a leash, and wasn't able to get a large heavy bag of dog food out of my cart right away.

Horrible advice giving to a customer when I mentioned the correct feed recommendations the employee got very nasty with me told the new bearded dragon owner even more wrong info like to use heat mat and and keep light on over night totally wiring info all the way around I own a reptile rescue for going on now 3 years plus own 10 plus dragons and help run a huge dragon no profit page employees like this guy is why so many reptiles are suffering from wrong care and husbandry might I add he suggested sand for subtrate

SORT THIS OUT!!! THIS POOR BABY IS DYING. We’ve visit twice in two weeks and the enclosure hasn’t been cleaned the whole time and this little guy is still in the exact same position and in the exact same place as last week!! He’s dying help him!

This is my favorite Pet Supermarket. All of the employees are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work and ignore the negative comments. People will make up anything to get a rise when things don't go their way. I give this store a 10/10!
