I was dreading this day due to prior experiences. Christian was so helpful, patient, and clear with his answers to my many questions. He has the patience of a saint and answered all my many questions throughout the whole process. This was the best service, by far, that I've ever had with Verizon. I could go on and on, he was that helpful!

We had an issue with our phone and Kirk helped us out. He was very nice and polite and helped us with our problem. We got new screen savers and he put them on perfect. Made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!!

This is the ONLY Verizon store our family will go to. The people that work here are always friendly and helpful. I went in today for help with transferring everything off of my broken phone and Zachary was an absolute life saver! We will keep coming back!

Worked with Zachary and got the S24 Ultra he was amazing to work with along with Sam and kirk made me laugh the whole time and all 3 in the store were very knowledgeable and worked together as a team to help me and my husband get new phones. I will always come here with any of my cell phone needs.

The guy that I worked with was nice and knowledgeable, But that guy next to him. Was rude and sarcastic made me not to want To deal with verizon ever again. People like that should not be allowed to work with customers. Unless of course, you want to lose them all. lost me and four other people we will all switch to other carriers.
