I am sick and tired of my packages being delivered always has a perfect knife slice down my boxes someone keeps going into my boxes..I heard when a box is open in the post office they put a sticker on outside the box saying it was damaged when they received it..Well then from leaving inverness post office the packages being delivered my packets are sliced to open on one side of my boxes of many boxes being delivered through last three months ...Post office people are they really honest I dont think so!!!! Stop cutting my boxes open if you really wanted the last box with fake plant inside in a decorated box i'll give it to you if your that nosey...Will confront driver next time i get a box and the man who said he was in charged there was talking over me and then when i got done talking and i said what did you say he hung up... Remember theirs always someone above your jib title that will be the next phone call...

I have a notice by the garage to deliver to the front door. I have another notice next to the front screen door stating to deliver to the door. Yet the postal people keep throwing it outside the screen door causing my packages to get wet when it rains and I'm not home. I didn't have this problem in Spring Hill. Inverness postal workers are lazy. I put these notices up because they delivered a brand new microwave and put it in front of the garage door where everyone could see it. Luckily enough I was home

I don't know who's in charge over there. But you should probably fire yourself. All the mail that shows up on my app. I don't even get a quarter of it in my mailbox. And then I get packages sent to me and you set them in the middle of my driveway, not in my screened in porch? So people can steal them. You guys are amazing.

Any packages we receive, get left in the rain outside our garage. Last packed for my 2 year old, left in rain and package ruined. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. UPS & FEDEX both put packages on our front screened porch out of rain. I've noticed the same mail person actually drive into driveway of our neighbors house and hand deliver their goods to them. So why is it we can't get a courtesy of putting our packages on our porch? Totally understand why the USPS is bleeding out and suffering financially with this kind of selective customer service.

I called the 800 number can't get through I called the direct line they keep hanging up. I had 2 deliveries to my house this morning and they took one package back said no one here to sigh for it. It was delivered at 8:30 I didn't leave until 9:30 no one rang the door bell nor did the knock. They just threw the slip in thr mailbox and said undeliverable??? Lazy delivery guy or what????????

Going down this morning to file a complaint on whatever mail carrier was too lazy to deliver my package yesterday, got an excuse that they didn't deliver my package because of animals, my yard is fenced in My cameras did not show any Gators wild boars or coyotes in my front yard, front door was wide open all day so they absolutely did not hit the horn, My dogs sit on the front porch and will alert me when somebody stops in front of the house, I sit with a 6-in wall between me and the dogs, can lean back 3 in and look out the window, they didn't even make an attempt to deliver my package that I pay extra for every month to get deliveries fast

If you have a package that requires a signature good luck! Every time that happens I get a pink slip to come down to the post office to pick it up with no effort from the mail person delivering.

The staff at this particular location is very kind and helpful. I really appreciate and like our mail lady, as well. 5 stars to them.My review is concerning the overall wasteful inefficiency of the USPS.About 70% of my packages are late or very late. I watch the tracking, and packages will go from one location to another and then needlessly BACK to the previous location before correctly getting back on track. It’s almost comically bad. One of my recent packages came from Georgia to Florida before going back to Georgia. ?The USPS is awfully inefficient. Is there any accountability or oversight?

Multiple packages were sent to an address I've never once been attached to over 1300 miles away after I was told that it was an internal error on their part and that it would be fixed. I was then told to "take it up with pops" in response to me trying to get the issue resolved.

My mail man sucks, it's never on time, puts my mail in different addresses, not to long ago she delivered mail at midnight, that's ridiculous. Zero stars.
