“I have never rated a supermarket But this time I will! My mom recently moved to this town and I have to say that I was beautifully surprised by how the employees treat the customers!! Wow! Wow!! It means a lot. Specially because my mom is now part of this community and even though there’s so much crazy stuff happening in life it’s so nice to see that this town cares for elderly!!! So from my heart thank you Publix for an exceptional service!! For caring the way you do !”

“Publix never ceases to amaze me. Once a week I am in Forrest Ridge store and/or Dunnellon. The employees are so kind, helpful, dressed well and they smile. I want to remember names who reaches out to help me, but I will just say they are equivalently customer service oriented. I do not mind spending a little extra to be treated so wonderful. Thank you Publix for hiring and training your employees in such a way they exemplify a trait that's being forgotten... Courtney, professionalism, willing to help with a spring in their step and a smile on their face. I'm talking about every single department... Thank you.”
