None of the market adjustments or fake dealer adds every where you go you will see added to the windows sticker from 1 to 6,000 added not at nick Nicholas do yourself a favor go to any other ford store see the games get your keys back and head to inverness and ask for Anna you won't be sorry

Very good service in buying my new vehicle except in waiting for the paperwork to be done. They were transitioning to a new computer program and it took some time to get it up and running. Other than that it was a great experience.

Mark the service manager was going to help me with getting a mobile tech to my house and lied and waiting for monthly to refusing to accommodate and said I can go to my dealership in Jacksonville FL beware I won't be going there

Awesome sale staff. Michelle Russo is the best! Helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable on vehicles! The whole team has been there for a number of years, and it's like a great family! It's been one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences. We're even getting our truck serviced by them due to their mechanic experience and reliability. Had repairs to my pick up. They did good, however should inform people on what's happening with there vehicles especially when your told 4 to 5 days it'll be done
