Would not recommend body shop . Very poor communication, poor repair , unsatisfied . John said bring car back and he would repair . I am afraid too after 11days in shop to change a door and quality of repair.

Brought my Lincoln Navigator in for and AC issue. Covered by warranty. Had the whole system replaced by Ford last year. I had an issue with the powerseat and mirrors not working as well. I was charged a $95 diagnosis fee for the power seat due to a connector not being plugged in. I was also charged a $95 diagnosis fee for the AC. This place nickles and dimes everything . Will take my business elsewhere. What a rip off. NOT Trustworthy at All.

I was contacted by the service manager,Mark Anderson. He apologized for the mistake and explained the problems that they were having on that day and that he was sorry that my truck was not worked on. Mr. Anderson sent me a voucher for my next service and has done everything possible to correct my problem.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COLLISION CENTER!!!!!!! (for reference each call is on a different day) (also they delete negative google reviews, I posted this exact review on google and they flagged it to remove the post.) I've had my car here to get repaired for over 5 months(1st week of jan). Around 3 months after my accident I started calling to get updates on my car because its been a while. 3rd month- I call 5 times, the response I get every time "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK 4th month- I CALL 6 times and get called back 1 time after them saying "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" FINALLY they say were waiting on a part should be in late April and the car should be finished EARLY MAY. 5th month- I call 3 times to make sure the parts in AGAIN "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" FINALLY GET A CALL BACK ON CALL 3 saying the part is in and they're going to finish EARLY MAY Almost 6th month- I CALL TO SEE THE STATUS OF MY CAR CURRENTLY MID MAY CALLED 3 times 2 times - "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" 1 time - "I'm not sure the sticky note was right there on his desk it says here to call {my phone number}, anyway were still waiting on another part, were not sure how were going to get it, the manager will give you a call back on the details and when we have a better idea." I can guarantee I'm going to get a response on this review before I get a call back. The communication is atrocious, don't expect to know when your car is done and don't expect a call back EDIT: I got a call back 1 day after posting this literally 2 minutes before they closed for them to tell me "im about to walk out for the day and I know its late , im just returning your call because I always make a point to call back...i'll give you a call tomorrow with details" the next day (2 days after posting): "Hey your car is being worked on now. Hes almost finished, he should finish body work tomorrow and be in paint early next week" .................. SO THERE WAS NO OTHER PART THEY WERE MISSING!!!!!!!!!! 2 weeks after posting this review: I called them 2 days ago they said AGAIN "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back." I called them back 3 hours later 1 hour before they close (because I didn't get a call back OBVIOUSLY) and they said it would be finished today afternoon at the latest... so we'll see.

We went to look at Ford Rangers and ended up buying one yesterday. The salesperson we had was Miss Vicky and she was great. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her.

This is our "Neighborhood Ford Dealer"! Every vehicle purchased, every service appointment, every request no matter how large or small is handled in the most Professional, Polite, Helpful and Trustworthy way. The employee's are our "Neighbor's" during this very difficult and challenging time. They always go the "Extra Mile" and we are immensely thankful for the personal care & attention every time we go to the Inverness, Florida dealership. We Highly Recommend them to everyone! JAV

Service Manager Brian Collins won't call you back as he says he will after you make complaint which is totally disrespectful. I guess cause I didn't buy from dealership my business is not wanted. Also Patrick in the body shop if you ask him to do something which his opinion differs watch the attitude come out.

I have a Ford that has a recall on the drive shaft and called to talk with a lady service advisor this morning. I asked her if I brought it in would they honor other discount coupons from Crystal River ford and after checking they do not honor other ford dealer coupons so I guess I will go to Crystal River and get my oil changed, tires rotated and the recall for the drive shaft completed the stame day. It is a shame the dealer whey you have purchaced several vehicles will not take care of their customers.

Nick Nicholas Ford is the only dealership that I have done business with in Inverness. I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Kim Williams in 2014 and then returned to purchase my 2016 F-150 from Kim in 2018. Both transactions were effortless. Kim and the rest of the Nick Nicholas family took control of the situation and I was able to sit back and relax while all of the hard work was taken care of for me. The sales department was very efficient in finding the exact vehicle that I was searching for. There are over a 1,000 different configurations of the F-150 and I was a bit particular in picking out the exact color and options that I wanted. Kim searched for a few days and reached out notifying me that she found the exact vehicle I requested. They brought it in for me to look at before even drafting the paperwork. I felt no pressure throughout the entire process. It was as if I was already a part of the Nick Nicholas family. The quality doesn't stop there! The service department is on top of their game! I bring all of my families vehicles to this dealership for service. The customer representatives are friendly and eager to help with scheduling services. I have had everything done from your standard oil changes/tire rotations to bodywork and vehicle wiring. The service team offers quality work that they stand behind.

Awesome dealership, the staff are pleasant, not pushy and they make you feel welcomed. My sales person, Larry Dasch was awesome, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. Very happy with my New Ford Raptor....even when I got home and noticed a little scratch on the front bumper, I called back and he immediately made note of it and said he would address it and have it fixed. Again he's on top of his game and is a credit to both Ford and the dealership he works at.

Sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to find out if my car was ready after they had it for 1.5 days. After the 1.5 days, found out that they had not fixed the problem. Did not buy my vehicle here but will never bring back for service again. Service Manager will lie right to your face.

We have to thank Joey Velez for an excellent experience with our recent purchase. He guided us with professionalism and kindness. We told Joey we had to pick up our grandson from school, by 3:30pm, he gave us a car to use to pick him up, while they finished up the car, detailed and a tank of gas! We had the most positive experience, we have ever had!!
Joey V was our Salesman. He walked us through each and every step of our trade in and purchase, of a used car.
Never in our 51 years of marriage and buying cars have we had such a good car dealership experience.
