This place sold me a lemon! Since I drove out of lot I had problems. They said it had a gold inspection and the transmission broke then the warning light turned on.

My son Ford Mustang 2022 Battery dead ask dealer to replace under warranty. Dealer run test and said Battery is fine Went to pick up the car the day after and Battery die in less then 5 minutes Mr. Travis Wells refuse to replace the Battery under Ford warranty. He said Battery die after 5 minutes if you don't run the car. Mr. Travis Wells left me and my son with car dead in the parking lot I had to jump start myself. Went to autozone pay $ 250 for a new battery install myself car fine . Car can stay with radio and position ligh on for more then 25 min no problem since. Worst experience ever in customer service. Stay away from this dealership.

Would not recommend body shop . Very poor communication, poor repair , unsatisfied . John said bring car back and he would repair . I am afraid too after 11days in shop to change a door and quality of repair.

If you are a Ford person ... have to have a Ford ... then you don't have much choice if you live in this part of Florida and don't want to travel.We had a seat belt strap problem that was 1 day out of warranty on our Explorer. Seriously ... 1day!They wouldn't find a way to honor that "expired" Ford warranty. Not a good representative of Ford Motor Company in our opinion.I know it's a business, and businesses need to make money ... but too many car dealerships make money so they can send more money on TV commercials ... to sell more vehicles ...to make even more money ... to spend on even more TV commercials!PLUS ... it's silly to have every child member of the family (plus the dog) be in every commercial.I'd rather have a hired pro pitch man/woman, then the younger 2 kids read their lines with no sincere, genuine feelings!Keep the older son. Fire the younger 2.My opinion.I'll travel a bit further to get our next Ford.Bob

Brought my Lincoln Navigator in for and AC issue. Covered by warranty. Had the whole system replaced by Ford last year. I had an issue with the powerseat and mirrors not working as well. I was charged a $95 diagnosis fee for the power seat due to a connector not being plugged in. I was also charged a $95 diagnosis fee for the AC. This place nickles and dimes everything . Will take my business elsewhere. What a rip off. NOT Trustworthy at All.

I've traded off and on with Nick Nicholas Ford for the past 17 years and had all my service done there in the service department and I can't say enough about how nice you are excellent service I get and the best prices on new and used cars. I consider the sales lady that's always help me Kimberly the nicest lady I've ever met and she always gets me the best deals and helps me set everything up to make it a less stressful experience

DO NOT GO TO THIS COLLISION CENTER!!!!!!! (for reference each call is on a different day) (also they delete negative google reviews, I posted this exact review on google and they flagged it to remove the post.) I've had my car here to get repaired for over 5 months(1st week of jan). Around 3 months after my accident I started calling to get updates on my car because its been a while. 3rd month- I call 5 times, the response I get every time "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK 4th month- I CALL 6 times and get called back 1 time after them saying "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" FINALLY they say were waiting on a part should be in late April and the car should be finished EARLY MAY. 5th month- I call 3 times to make sure the parts in AGAIN "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" FINALLY GET A CALL BACK ON CALL 3 saying the part is in and they're going to finish EARLY MAY Almost 6th month- I CALL TO SEE THE STATUS OF MY CAR CURRENTLY MID MAY CALLED 3 times 2 times - "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back" 1 time - "I'm not sure the sticky note was right there on his desk it says here to call {my phone number}, anyway were still waiting on another part, were not sure how were going to get it, the manager will give you a call back on the details and when we have a better idea." I can guarantee I'm going to get a response on this review before I get a call back. The communication is atrocious, don't expect to know when your car is done and don't expect a call back EDIT: I got a call back 1 day after posting this literally 2 minutes before they closed for them to tell me "im about to walk out for the day and I know its late , im just returning your call because I always make a point to call back...i'll give you a call tomorrow with details" the next day (2 days after posting): "Hey your car is being worked on now. Hes almost finished, he should finish body work tomorrow and be in paint early next week" .................. SO THERE WAS NO OTHER PART THEY WERE MISSING!!!!!!!!!! 2 weeks after posting this review: I called them 2 days ago they said AGAIN "I'm going to find out whos taking care of you and we'll give you a call back." I called them back 3 hours later 1 hour before they close (because I didn't get a call back OBVIOUSLY) and they said it would be finished today afternoon at the latest... so we'll see.

This Service Center is as bad as it gets. I inherited a Ford vehicle from a very close deceased relative, and decided to take it here to have it checked out. NEVER AGAIN. They are rude, unprofessional, slow, and overpriced. Absolutely no redeeming value. First, they ordered my parts, but never called to tell me they were in. When I called them, they were packed up ready to go back. I set up an appointment to drop off my vehicle and receive a ride home at 9am, only to show up and find out that the driver wouldn't arrive that day until 10am (even though we had just verified the day before). This was on Friday. Friday at 5pm they called to say they would have to keep it overnight. Never heard from anyone between then and Monday. On Monday Kayla called me and said, "I don't know if I called you, but your truck is done". I have a feeling it was sitting there for days. At 10am I arranged a driver to pick me up at noon, but they never arrived. When I called, the service department told me the driver had to pick someone up at Bealls first. So much for appointments at this place. Several times we talked about the brakes, and several times I requested a written quote with the work and prices. When I arrived to pick up the truck, there was no quote. I asked several more times for one, and eventually they photocopied a joke of a piece of paper they had used for my visit. When I asked about the 100,000mile service, I was told it was "about$350-$450". When I asked what it included, I was told, "basically a tune-up". I told the service center the circumstances surrounding the vehicle, and instead of offering to provide service records, or condolences, or even a Thank you for using us, instead they just tried to buy my vehicle. I emailed all this and many more details that will not fit within this review to the Service Manager Shane Bryant when it occurred on August 30th, but never received any sort of reply at all.
