Metro not only has the best prices for all of your phone and WiFi needs, but they also have the best customer service that you could hope for. Stephen is the GOAT! He has been consistently helpful to me, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had an unsatisfactory experience with any employee here. Forget about the bigger companies and just give Metro a chance and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I strongly recommend this Metro PCS to everyone!

Stephen provides outstanding customer service at the Inverness, Florida Metro by T-Mobile store. He is extremely knowledgeable, is very patient, and explains device and plan features in a way that is easy for anyone to understand. He greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. I felt like family and will not hesitate to return to this store to seek Stephen's help with mobile or internet issues. Stephen is a remarkable employee. Thank you Stephen for providing excellent advice and great service.

This store is horrible. Everything is over priced. If you get a new phone it will cost over one hundred dollars more if you get it at this store then if you order online or on the phone directly through Metro. And now their deception continues they are changing an extra five dollars if you pay with cash! WHAT!!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN LEGAL!!!!

Chris is a great guy and does everything he can to help you out and goes above and beyond we live in Dunnellon and drive to Inverness just because of Chris’s customer service and honesty!!
