Tim was very informative. Not pushy, let us take our time, wrote down prices for us to ponder over. Store was clean and neat looking. Monday went to purchase the bed, Jim helped us. Also, very helpful. Scheduled delivery for this Thursday. Finally we will be getting a great bed.
