Went to Dr Snooze to look for a new bed. We weren't sure what we were looking for in a mattress and honestly just browsing. Spoke with Cliff about all the options we had, he was so patient and kind. He explained everything and was super knowledgeable. We tried out multiple beds and the selection good. We found one we liked and Cliff was able to keep the mattress in our price range. I really appreciated how he wasn't pushy and was listening to us. He is such a sweetheart. We bought a mattress and will be getting it next week! We are super excited and will tell all our friends about our experience. Thank you guys

I would highly recommend anyone seeking to buy a mattress.. The sell person Mr. Stockman ,was exceptional at his job. I was only looking to buy a mattress in the future. However, after speaking with cliff he showed me several mattresses .At the end of my visit , I wound up buying a mattress at an exceptional price." Mattress firm"had the same mattress $2,000 more. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a mattress to go to the Dr.Snooze, and speak with Cliff stockman for a great deal and service.

Keith was extremely professional, not at all pushy. He gave us all the time we needed and had an answer for every question we could possibly ask. He is very friendly to deal with and definitely knows his profession and would never in good faith try to sell a customer something he knows they will not be happy with. My salesman was Keith. He is a great guy. Met me with a nice friendly hello and was very knowledgeable about all the beds. Very nice to talk to and was a great listener too. He gave me the perfect setup for my needs instead of trying to sell me the farm. I will recommend Dr Snooze to everyone and Keith as the salesman.

The reviews about Keith are true. No sales person comes close to his professionalism and knowledge. He is interested in selling you the right mattress and explains the differences about each one. I always bought firm and realized I was wrong to do so. I am extremely happy with my purchase thanks to him. There is no sales pitch, gimmicks, or lies. His honesty even about the time line of delivery was appreciated. I won't buy from anyone else and will recommend him to friends and family.

My husband and I walked into the store and was greeted by Keith. We needed a guest room bed like now...Keith made it happen. He located the set for us to pick up at the warehouse the same day and gave us the black Friday deal on the price!

Normally I become dissatisfied shopping for a new mattress, even before I finally choose one. We stopped in the Inverness location of Dr Snooze and met Keith. While being very informative, he remained laid back and was not pushy. This allowed us to explore and shop in comfort.After we chose our mattress, he patiently helped us with payment and delivery issues. Mattresses were delivered by their team exactly when Keith said they would. Delivery team was very nice, respectful and courteous.I recommend them all highly.

As you walk in to the store, you feel the ambiance of the store. The representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable. They work with your budget. We tried several mattresses before deciding. The manager was very helpful in explaining the delivery methods and pricing. Initially, we were promised a delivery but that did not happen. The manager agreed to upgrade us at no additional charge. The delivery was very punctual and professional. We are really enjoying our bed! Thanks, Dr. Snooze of Inverness. Appreciate your associates and the management team.
