6:30 pm rude worker said that the bathroom is closed with no explanation or sign anywhere in the store. You need to train your people better. Absolutely worst customer service.

Was in the drive thru line before closing. It was my turn at the window at 6:02. To my surprise they put a card board box in the window and ignored me. I get you have to close at some put but the cars in the line prior to closing, especially those who have waited 15+ minutes, should be waited on. Hope I don't have to take my son to the ER should he get worse.

I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes and counting to get a hold of the pharmacy at 3:30 on a Thursday, and the lines in person are always ridiculously long. Obviously super understaffed.

Every time I have been here over the last few years has been a negative experience. There was one time I had a delivery driver call me to tell me my picture had been delivered, so I go to pick it up. Color me surprised when the staff tell me it's not there. I tell them what I was told and they begin to get frustrated. I end up leaving because they say bottom line was they didn't have it. Fast forward to an hour later when I get a phone call, turns out they had misplaced my picture up high on a shelf and didn't see it. They had it the entire time and completely wasted my time and were very disrespectful towards me. Just today, I was there to drop off a UPS package and I ask for a receipt. There was 2 people at checkout, 1 was dealing with a return, the other was on the phone. I wait to be polite, I don't mind. We'll the one on the phone insisted they were ready and to come over and neglected to give me a receipt to prove I had dropped my package off. I ask them for a receipt and they continue to ignore me and prioritize their phone call, so I wait about 4 minutes. The second cashier rushes over and scans for the receipt and tells me they can text it to me, she seems very rushed and impatient. I trust her, so I leave to continue on my errands. I never get the text message which would contain proof I dropped it off and my tracking number. I have to circle back after my grocery shopping because their call system is an absolute nightmare and never gets you through to a representative. I come in and explain hey I was literally just here and I need this receipt, if anything goes wrong with this package, it's medical equipment and I'm liable to be charged $1500 dollars, so I would appreciate if you took this seriously this time. The lady I talk to got frustrated and sighs and brings me to somebody else explaining that I had not gotten my receipt or tracking number. They question if I'm actually the package owner, I'm sitting there with my UPS app open to prove I had received this package two days prior. They finally tell me that the system is down and there's nothing they can do and tell me to just take a picture of the package. This place is always the biggest pain to deal with and the staff always act like I am an inconvenience even when I am being patient and polite. It's absolutely ridiculous, why even be a UPS drop off or pick up if you put all UPS duties at the absolute bottom of your priority and treat their customers like trash. Your staff could at least be courteous instead of audibly sighing and copping an attitude. I will not be back and I certainly won't be back to give your store any business. All I have had here are negative experiences.

They have sales stickers out, but don't honor them. I wasted 2 hours. It would be nice if they wouldn't put the sales stickers up sat.

CVS has taken on too many customers after Winn Dixie closed. There is a 10 person line from open to close. They make mistakes with meds and no one can answer simple questions. Seems like an accident waiting to happen. They are borderline rude because of being overloaded. Don’t have enough staff and definitely not friendly.Update 02/21/2024 - This CVS still has extremely long lines and drive through attendant is curt to customers. Prescription are not filled in a timely manner. Best to call ahead to avoid waiting in a long line just to be told to come back later! We called the refill in the day before, got a text it was ready and then was told today it’s not ready and the “just got it”.

Please update your hours, Weekends the Pharmacy is open at 9am, not 7. Pretty frustrating showing up at 7 looking like an idiot.

Easy to shop and love that they have 2 self checkouts. It can be busy when school lets or for the day as the kids walk to the store to pick up things before heading home.
