I'm renting a unit from them right now and then moving out in a week and they want to charge me a full month for my unit instead of fixing the price for a 1 week they don't care about the community they only care about money they lock my storage unit on me one month cuz I was a few days late when I call them told them that my medication is in there and if I don't take my medication it could kill me they said it wasn't their problem this is not a very good company to rent from there are very bad people and I don't know who's on the phone but they need to be fired and need to learn how to talk to people

I had a unit here for 7years. Rent started around $90 a month. Went up a few dollars a month over time. So some time back I was paying $98 and change. I received an email and called to inquire about a price increase. This is when I was informed the price had actually went into effect in FEBRUARY! My current rent, I was informed is $175.08! a month. I have always used auto pay and have not been late with a payment. Needless to get, I removed my items from the unit. I am still reeling in shock as to why I received an email in AUGUST about a price increase that occurred in FEBRUARY ?

This is a great place, managment is great and always very helpful with any issues that come up. They have a dumpster on site and an rv dump station which was perfect for my needs

Call before 430 for access to the dump station and be prepared to pay 15$. I was able to get water from a spigot from the building.

Not happy... The location was dirty and when I received the text when too meet at the location nobody was there it had closed at noon. Totally wasted my time.

Our motor home was there only six days and someone tried to break into it. They destroyed our door. We need a new door and the door painted. Police came out and dusted for fingerprints. Haven’t heard anything from the storage lot after we contacted them. They said they would review the cameras and haven’t heard a thing from them. This is just awful. We were planning on selling our motor home for something smaller and this happens. Has set us back terribly.
