This bank has been nothing but a problem since day one of opening our account, as soon as we are back in town we are closing our account and continue to just bank with suncoast credit union . Do not recommend this bank.

The people are great , but the client services Department located out of state is incompetent, will loose your paperwork , does not have a phone number you can call them , only fax , I need help to contact them , every year for past 4 years same exact problem with insurance, they fix it after I spend hours having the the local branch help me get it fixed,

This is a hometown BANK! I have been with this bank since the 90’s, the name may have changed throughout the years, people have retired and others still work there. I moved from my hometown but refuse to change banks, I’ll take the drive to to a bank where walking into people know your name, recognize you and service with a smile is priceless!

Great service, great personnel. If you want the home town bank feeling this is the place. If you want to be treated like a number then you need to go to one of the big commercial banks! You establish a relationship here it is for life!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. I have 2 auto loans there. They have returned my payment on them several times for whatever reason causing addtional charges. There are many more things I could say but it would make this a very long review. Bottom line don't use them.

Awful. Awful. Awful. My husband and I went in yesterday to open another account. We have been account holders there for over 5 years, most of the tellers know us by name. We deposited a large amount into our bank account (about $5k) that we had been waiting to deposit for over 3 months because of issues with the business we took over. We were informed by the manager (Lucy) that it would be no problem to open the account then the following day withdraw OUR money from the account. Well my husband went in today to withdraw OUR hard earned money and the manager asked him if he planned on depositing anymore checks into the account and he responded by saying he wasn't sure. With that she decided to change her mind out of nowhere and immediately put a hold on the money for 9 days because she "didn't feel comfortable giving us the money". It is OUR money!? We break our backs in the hot sun everyday to make a living and now after multiple issues with the company we acquired we have to deal with this??!! Definitely an unhappy customer. The very DAY those funds become available we will be closing not only that account but our main business account we've had for years there because of the way we were treated. Suncoast credit union has always been wonderful to us and that's where we are headed. Thanks for nothing capital city. Sincerely, seriously ticked off customer.
