Switched from T-mobile to Boost, Dakota helped and he recommended a phone that had a large screen. I had that phone for a few weeks and although I did like the larger screen I was unable to hear calls without placing the phone on speaker mode. He switched the phone in store with another phone, with the same model. After having that phone for one day the same issue arises, so I returned the phone again to the Boost store and paid a higher price for another Samsung phone, which works great. While I was out of the country I looked at my bank and realized the insurance company they use, for returns, charged my credit card $125.00 plus tax because the return phone was never returned. I called and was told the general manager would call me back. No calls, so I went in the store, the gentleman states that he will have the general or district manager give me a call. So far no call no refund. Beware, I should have never switched companies and will fight this through my bank.

Dakota was super helpful and trying to fix my phone and then helping me get a new phone after my old phone broke. They are under new management with Dakota and he was such a wonderful and nice person. An absolute pleasure to work with.
