Oh My gosh it was so complicated but boy was this guy on my side. 1st he swat away a wasp I was fighting to enter the bank. Then graciously opens the door and instantly Down to business. The process was So lengthy that I had to come back the next day and he was already prepared. This is what you call great exceptional service. Over and beyond. “I have been with Suntrust over 18 years! The same staff continues to work at this branch since the change to Truist. My 2 only COMPLAINTS are: 1..stop asking me for my ID..You see me come out of the mgrs office to do a transaction at the counter and you still ask for my ID. I come in often & you should by now greet me by my name! 2..ATM area is dirty. Clean it up. GOOD: Truist keeps you informed of transactions. Staff at this branch are friendly & the mgr man (account specialist) in the 2nd office to the right from the front entrance is a Peach! He is fantastic!”
