The woman in line ahead of me needed a printout of her last 5 statements. She couldn't remember her password, to print them out, for herself. The man waiting on her said they charge a $5 fee, to print anything. She said she had never been charged, in the past, when she needed a printout. (Neither have I.) The cashier said the fee would be charged to her account & would appear there. Then, a gentleman named Mike intervened, said he'd waive the fees, & printed out her statements, for this calendar year-to-date. I told her that I could commend Mike for her, in a review, because I'm a Google Local Guide. I was glad to see that Mike stepped up & helped her with her needs. She was very grateful for his help.

Aurora Dabney deserves outstanding performance, praise for her professionalism, patience and courtesy while me and two siblings thought we were prepared to sign some professional living documents and she offered great assistance during the process. Bank of America is very lucky to have her outstanding performance. Thank you, Aurora.

A few months ago, at this branch in Inverness the manager there was rude to me. I was told "Go ahead to another bank". I just let it go thinking they were having a bad day, as I have had more than one issue with this bank I have used more than 20yrs. I came into BOA bank yesterday with a certified bank check from the bank next door. The check was for closing out a CD. Well Bank of America would not give me a simple $100 worth of cash for the certified bank check from next door. This was because they said it was deposited and not cashed. So I asked for the check back to cash it, and was told they could not give it back and was told by the cashier that it would be available the next day. I thought this to be correct as have placed $1000's in the night before for payroll to pay employees. Well fool me again, it's the next business day and nothing has been credited, Not even one cent released. After logging into my online account it states the entire amount will be available in 7 days.
So the moral to this story is Bank of America are liars, and tell you incorrect information. They continue there outstanding 2.7 rating out of 5 on google. Funny though, when a deposited is made, it's never, ever been a problem. It took me 20 years to see the light. Do yourself a favor and move to a credit union, or anywhere away from BOA.

I've been with BOA since they were Barnett Bank. When I moved to Inverness there were two branches. They closed the large one and kept a satelite branch open. It is so busy I have left on occasion without service from frustration. This morning is a good example.Four people behind the counter with one customer, I left again frustrated.

After 40 year's of business with this horrible bank I'm taking my money and business elsewhere! Rude customer service the guy that was there Saturday was a real Richard Cranium!!!!

Our sister had passed away at the end of March so we came into her bank to start the process of getting her account into my twin sister and my name as we are now successor trustee's of her trust. There was a lot of paperwork etc to navigate through but Alex helped us every step of the way. She was very professional and knowledgeable of what steps needed to be taken. She is literally a ray of sunshine and always made us feel welcome and like part of the BOA family. Good job Alex - we appreciate your hard work and most of all your compassion and kindness through this difficult time.

Horrible customer service! Drive-in teller is shared with inside teller job. You wait forever in either place. If you are disabled, you cannot stand in line inside. Why have a drive-in service if you cannot accommodate it? Think I will be changing banks soon. The management here is beyond terrible. What is up?

When calling this bank it's next to impossible to talk to areal person.You get menu choices that don't apply, you ae only given the option of getting your info on line, when and if you finally get to talk to a real person to ask questions about your account you have to make an appointment and you can't get in until 2 days down the road.Total lack of personal service.
