Got to deal with Miss Britney at the Inverness location and she was so helpful and polite. There was a great selection to choose from. Definitely will be going back when I need new chairs.

Had a very good experience with this store and the staff. Troy, Ashley, and Brittany didn't make me feel pressured to buy something. (Especially just to window shop) Just went in to look around but went back and got all the help I needed. Would definitely recommend this store.

Jest bought a new washer and dryer was delivered Wednesday put everything together and dryer does not work properly no heat check everything and still no heat washed clothes washer is perfect well call today and I will share more about my experience with you bought things in the past had great experience with them I’m upset about the dryer

ENGLISH and SPANISH language.Regarding the purchase, it was a very good purchase, but when they delivered it to me on December 24, I was expecting a television to buy and Jesse, the Manager of the Inverness store, said that he would pick it up at the store. The seller, who I don't remember his name, had told me He said that he came in the delivery of December 24, 2022 and he did not come. Everything was for him to look for the one he had in use since the manager wanted to get out of it because he was going to set up new ones. Then my mattress gets a hole after three months of use and they gave me a piece of cardboard to form a little house and a thread to measure the hole in the mattress. When I send the photos the Manager Jesse says that unfortunately the mattress is not qualified to be changed and it took a very ugly attitude in a very difficult moment of my life that I would not wish it on anyone. And thank God I manage two properties, one of them I have a tenant who bought a piece of furniture from her and called her and she gave me a number that belongs to a Manager above Manager Jesse and in two days my situation was resolved without any buts or obstacles. My husband and I just bought a new house in December. We were extremely Happy with our buying Experience. We happened to stop in and look around at the Inverness Location. We were greeted by Sales Associate John. He was very pleasant, he was very down to earth and happy to help. He knew that we were just looking around on our first trip to the store. We told him that we were in the process of buying a house and we were looking to furnish the whole house once the sale was complete. He had the patience of a saint. He listened to our ideas and was happy to shared his expertise on pieces that he felt might be what we were looking for. When it came down to purchasing day he spent hours going through our order peice by peice to ensure our order was correct. He was very thorough and made this experience such a stress free experience. Delivery day came and a VIP Truck showed up with the two of the hardest working delivery crew we had ever seen. They put everything together and made sure we were satified with everything. I would recommend this location an this team to anyone looking to buy furniture. They truely are a dream team to work with. We love our furniture & we loved our experience. We couldn't think John and his team enough for making this such a positive experience during one of the most stressful times.

Just bought a new couch. Amazing Customer Service from the sales women Ashley. She was very knowledgeable and She answered all our questions plus gave me a military discount which basically paid for our delivery. So my wife and I are very pleased and can’t wait to get our new couch in 4 days! Thanks Ashley!
