The women that are working there know nothing about cars. Only what their computer tells them. I miss the old days when every car part store had reference books that tells you what other parts will CrossFit on other vehicles

I would just like to say that crystal river should start with going to class under the customer service manager Dylan he’s also the parts guy I just want to say his professionalism is higher then anyone else and he should get praise he handled the situation crystal river auto zone failed to do so I spend thousands of dollars here and I don’t want to have to choose another auto parts dealer and because of Dylan I will not but I will not go back to crystal river auto zone they need to get there customer service skills in order if they want to survive in our small town thank you agin Dylan for ur hard work I do appreciate

Customer Service Manager is the absolute best manager I have ever interacted with. Thank you so much for doing the right thing and taking care of me and my husband. The man deserves a raise and a real “ Thank You “ from the people up top because HE is the reason I will always come back to the Inverness location. Thank you again for being respectful and professional.

charged me over $8 for a 1ft piece of gasoline. When I realized that, went to advanced auto for another piece, it was only $2. Called the manager why the difference, basically told me they have been out of low pressure gas line and to bad! Poor customer service!!!

Louie ran a reader on my Dodge caravan. Computer spit out a few issues. Dillion took over in store. Knowing that I didn't have a lot of mechanical knowledge he took his time to explain how parts connected involving radiator fans fuses especially sensors and how parts talk to one another. I wasn't rushed. Will definitely make Inverness Auto Zone my go to store. Looks like a clean well stocked store.

The reason I didn't rate higher was due to cashier and manager ignorance in explanation of core charges deposits. When someone uses their debit card for a core charge it would be wise to inform the customer that the cite charge will be returned to the debit card verses getting it back in cash, it would have saved a tremendous amount of aggravation and frustration when customers are returning the core items. Management should coach team Members on how to explain core deposits are returned to same form of payment in which it was received.
