I wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys and gal for an awesome customer service experience. I was 3 hours from home on a work assignment when my company vehicle got a flat. I didn’t trust driving all the way home on a spare so I stopped in to see if they could help. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. They were able to squeeze me in and get my tire fixed quickly so I could get home safely.

Hello Phil & Tim
I had the DOD delete done on my V8 Grand Prix; In that process you were required to drop the motor cradle and harness in order to perform the task of DOD delete. I can deliver the scan tool report from before the car was brought in for the DOD service. There was no airbag fault before the motor and harness were disturbed in the process. I would in good faith give TMT a chance to correct the fault that was a result of the work done. I too want you guys to install the correct dipstick tube. The one you installed was not for this car and you bent it sideways to fit.\, thus crimping the dipstick tube into the tube. If I have to take this to the dealership for correction for the airbag fault. I would expect to be re-imbursed by TMT for: Disconnected, Cut, Bent pin and/or broken connectors. I will be responsible it it turns out to be Only a defective sensor.

I’ve only lived here a year or so, first time here and they made my experience a breeze. I don’t think I will ever go to another dealership as long as they are here. Didn’t complain once or make me feel bad when my husband had specific requests. They also took the time to let me know things that they didn’t have to, just because they are good at their job and kind human beings. Very family oriented and lots of jokesters (makes you feel right at home). Would recommend them 10 times over! Definitely going to be a repeat customer :)

Great service and response! Triple A left me stranded on the side of the road for hours. I called TMT the next morning and they picked up my car immediately. Great service and patience. I am a single mom with a special needs son who does not have a village. To have them work so fast.. was definitely amazing.

The gentlemen at TMT are above exceptional! I’ve taken my car there before to get oil changes/air filter replacements, but this is the first time I’ve gotten work done. I was hesitant because my only other experience with a local mechanic was terrible, but they took such good care of my car. Very fair pricing and true, honest and good people. I’d recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! Make sure to set an appointment as they can get busy, but trust that you’re in good hands. Thank you to Phil and everyone at TMT!
