“Only four stars because it took me three days to get someone to answer the phone. Today Diana answered and was very helpful. I accidentally put the street address on a package that was one digit off and of course it didn’t get where it was supposed to go even though the tracking said it was delivered to a mailbox. Evidently there was no such street address. My question to Diana was where would it go from there. She took my name and phone number and said someone would investigate and call me back. Very shortly after Gary called me and they found the package and it was with the carrier with an accurate street number and would be delivered in about 10 mins. I called the recipient with the information and as we were speaking it was delivered. Kudos to Diana and Gary for a thorough job.Note: I was dealing with this from California and sincerely appreciate their timeliness.”
“Really wanted to work here, seen the bad reviews and I live in the area could really make this a premier USPS location. I don't even own a car so I wouldn't even take up a spot in that haggard parking lot everyone says, I'd even walk to work easy no issue reliable everyday wouldn't take long. They don't have any openings and probably rarely do. Their staff is made up of a tight knit crew that really know how to bend and shift the rules around to inconvenience others without penalty. No matter how prepared you are for your visit to handle such services there will without doubt almost always have complications where someone is going to curve your expectations in getting it done. Avoid showing up around lunch time which could vary in hours and could hinder the impact on the service you'll be receiving.in account for all above I still offer my employment and 5 stars”
“USPS is an extremely irritating and complicated service because there are so many hoops to jump through to receive packages. However, at this location, Hector at customer service has been amazingly kind and helped me solve my problems over the past few days. He is an outstanding employee!”

“This post office is very good the two ladies working there make sure you get your mail even if it doesn't have your PO box number on it, they insure that you still get your package. They are so nice, this is why I can't understand why people giving them a bad or negative reviews, and all they do is greet you and help you out with kindness. I go there three times a week, and not one time have they spoke to me negatively or have I heard them speak to someone else that way....”
