We didn’t have the first best experience. However, the owner reached out with kindness and understanding and made it right. I appreciated that more than she knows. I would recommend Sugar Wave because when someone is open to a conversation and listening to understand-that speaks volumes! I hope them much success.

My 7 year old son bought a bracelet and it was defective out of the store for 5 minutes and I noticed it and they refused a refund on the piece of junk horrible customer service. Sad when I would have spent even more money in there on candy this evening

Absolutely not a good experience at this location. Poor Customer service and attention from the person at the cashier with the glasses , screaming at the kids for touching toys and reacting very rude and aggressive towards the kids and adults. People like this should not be working in place for children that sells toys, candy or any of those sorts. Extremely poor judgement from this location and who they choose to leave in charge.

friendly because they had to be but honestly felt uncomfortable the whole time as i was being stared at like i was a criminal. not something a feeling i appreciate especially in a higher end area. wouldn't let ADULTS in with a drink. there goes your money

Shop was very nice and clean. Had a great selection of sweets. Person working was also quite nice. It is a little odd to not allow cash purchases but I still enjoyed myself.

Sugar wave is a great candy/gift shop located within The Hub. They have a great selection of toys, candy by the pound, and much more. My kids loved their Goodr sunglasses. The store is family owned and a nice addition to The Hub.
