Friendly and helpful staff but the hours leave a lot to be desired for. To say "bankers hours" would be a serious understatement. Not to mention all the mail I get that belongs to another PO Box. Definitely lots of room for improvement.

Amazing service and awesome employees! I’ve lived in many places and never encountered such a service oriented USPS! Every employee I’ve ever spoken with by phone or talked with personally at the counter has been knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional. Other government agencies and local businesses could certainly learn from this post office!

Having moved here from a large city, Fort Lauderdale, I was surprised on my first visit to the Inglis post office to be greeted by a smiling face. I look forward to every trip to send a package.

If I could rate them a 0 I would the girls at the front are very rude and not helpful AT ALL and had every reason not to give me my package sitting RIGHT BEHIND THEM !! Very annoyed. On top of that I just got another package in the mail and it is completley torn up and EVERYTHING from inside is missing . Nobody ever attempted to knock and inform me I was given a "we are sorry" BAG and I guess they now expect me to move on like nothing happened . RIDICULOUS!! Do NOT trust their "handled with care" quota

I recently moved to Inglis temporarily due to a break up. The ladies at this post office were so helpful. There was no mailbox at my temporary residence. They hooked me up with a PO Box and told me how to address deliveries so that they would be held at the post office for pickup. I can't put into words how helpful they were in making my bad situation better. Best post office ever.
