called to have them pull a part. asked for a 7.3 ipr and they said they had it and would pull it for me before i got there. drove 30 minutes out of my way to go get the part to get my friends truck running that was stuck on the side of the road. when i showed up they said they couldn’t find the part. napa stores lack of customer service and intelligence in general has always been lacking but this is glaring especially when i burned $50 in diesel to get the part. go to advance which i did later to get what i needed, this store is terrible
