Not even the first time getting robbed for their deluxe brushless car wash. Last time the machine took my money and didn’t work. This time it took the money and only soaped down one half of my truck. Rendering the service useless. Txt the customer number. Still no reply

This carwash is NON-functional! The pressure washer is weaker that a house garden hose, the soap function has no soap! (I checked both bays, NO-pressure!!) I Could not wash my car, wasted money and time! Ended up going to Stuart for a properly functioning carwash.

Today was last straw. I have tried to give this place chances over and over again but today I've made up my mind I'm never going back here. I live right up the street and frequent this place. I would say more than half the time I try to use either the automatic or self-serve car washes there is some type of problem. Today the automatic wash stopped in the middle of the cycle so I had to move to the manual bay where the soap dispenser was stuck on and I couldn't rinse my vehicle with fresh water. I don't know who is running this place but it is complete garbage.

The service needs to be improved a little more, starting with the garbage and the vacuum cleaner, you only pay for one and it doesn't work
