I was with my next door neighbor when Jimmy (Tech 4323) came to do her Blue Stream installation. He was prompt, professional yet personable, and patiently answered all of her questions. He was careful to not leave any mess from the work. Great guy and an asset to the company.

Blue Stream provides our community with bulk services. Our experience with them recently has been exceptional! Their ops team is knowledgeable, deliberate and professional in everything they do. Commenting as a business customer: Since the buyout of ITS FIBER the tech support is slow and quality questionable (who am I to judge). They are (now) disorganized and/or seriously understaffed. The basic fiber service remains 100% (hence 2 stars) but if your business requires a complex network with multiple nodes and service types I suggest outsourcing the internals and just subscribe to the fiber connection. The Bluestream team just doesn’t appear to have the skill set to manage high tech. Alternatively insist on a Quality of Service contract provision!

Very poor and unresponsive customer service. Very poor communication to clients during outages. Lots of calling, transferring, and excuses all around. Seems understaffed and disorganized. Took 3 days to resolve a ticket and had to call 10 times to finally get someone to get our business squared away. We are a business client and business was impacted because of the outage. Not at all happy with how they handled this.
